The 3rd bedroom has 2 Queen beds and access to the hall bath. All bedrooms feature a 49-inch 4K Smart LED Ultra HDTV with HDR. This unit accommodates up to 12 people.

The living room has floor-to-ceiling windows with gorgeous South views, a sofa sleeper, and a 65-inch 120 HZ 4K Smart LED Ultra HDTV with HDR. The kitchen is fully-equipped with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. The unit also features 10 ft. ceilings, a wet bar with an ice maker, and a full-sized washer and dryer. This unit is non-smoking and pets are not permitted.

Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

As a final step, our professional inspectors follow our cleaning crew to ensure that every condo is clean and ready for your family and your guests to enjoy safely.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Phoenix Orange Beach II amenities feature covered parking, an outdoor pool, an indoor heated pool, hot tubs, a lazy river with a water slide, splash pad, a fitness center and a grilling area. Smoking is not allowed in the units or on balconies. Guests are allowed to smoke in the parking deck and drive areas only.

PARKING PASSES
Parking passes are purchased on-site at the property, so you will purchase your pass when you arrive. There is a maximum of 2 parking passes per unit, and you must show your reservation confirmation from Liquid Life Vacation Rentals when purchasing. The cost of parking passes is set by each association and is subject to change at any time without notice.
