Located on beautiful Cotton Bayou, "High Cotton" is a completely renovated/updated modern and chic 2/2 condo that comfortably sleeps 6. Each room is keenly decorated with high-end modern furnishings, mixed with a mid-century vibe and local original art & decor. Your boat, kayak, paddleboard or other watercraft can be launched and docked on property. The beautiful Gulf of Mexico is a short 1/4 mile walk (or drive) across the street, and there is a complimentary beach cart here for your use.

The space
We have recently completed a stud-to-stud renovation on this property which includes new cabinetry, quartz countertops, designer tile in bathrooms, and terrazzo kitchen floors. While appliances, furnishings and TV's include the most modern features, the space has a bit of that nostalgic, throw-back comfort. There is a TV in each room with sleep timer, and multiple charge port options.

The kitchen includes basic spices & condiments, full array of cook/bakeware, dishes (service for 8), drip coffee maker and coffee essentials, electric tea kettle & teas, French press, blender and toaster.

Guest access
Condo is a first-floor walk up, with dedicated/private parking for two vehicles directly beneath the unit. Please note there is not an elevator at this property. Additional guest parking is available fc/fs with permit (please request permit in advance). Guests will be assisgned a unique code for keyless entry, which will be used for the entirety of their stay. Storage access below unit (for beach cart, toys, chairs, and storage of guest items (if any), also has a unique code.
Other things to note
*Condo is a 1/4 mile walk to public beach access. At time of listing, walk-ins are free of charge; cars are $10/car
*CoastAL Restaurant, Cotton's, and other restaurants are within walking distance; information on these are in the condo
*Florabama Lounge (must do) is a 3-mile/10 min drive or Uber/Lyft
*Tacky Jacks (bar & grill food) is a local favorite; the closest location is on Marina Rd and is a 6-8 min drive.
*Bird Dog Chicken, Buzzcatz, and Brick & Spoon are great breakfast spots and are all within 4-6 mins by car.
