This Orange Beach condo rental is located on the 5th floor and has striking views of the beach and Gulf from your large private balcony.

The master suite features a King bed, a flat-screen TV, a DVD player, balcony access, and a private bath. The 2nd bedroom offers a Queen bed. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen and Full-Over-Full bunk bed. Both guest rooms have a flat-screen TV and DVD player. This unit accommodates up to 10 people.

The unit also features a fully-equipped kitchen with granite, stainless steel appliances, a crockpot, a Keurig, and a full-sized washer and dryer. There is also free Wi-Fi access and a 58-inch flat-screen Smart TV in the living room.

Liquid Life also follows specialized procedures to contain soiled linens and to protect clean linens for every guest.

Pelican Pointe is located 5.5 miles East of Hwy 59 in Orange Beach. This property features an outdoor pool, indoor pool, outdoor kiddie pool, tennis courts, fitness room, grilling area, outdoor shower, boardwalk, and indoor hot tub.

PARKING PASSES
One parking pass is included with your reservation. You may purchase 1 additional parking pass by calling our office before arrival. There are a maximum of 2 passes allowed per reservation. The cost of parking is managed by the HOA for each complex and may change without advance notice.

MONTHLY RENTALS
This unit allows monthly rentals in November, December, January, and February. To get the monthly rental rate, you must book your stay with our reservations team ator .
