With luxurious upgrades throughout, including granite countertops, elegant tile flooring and a custom tile backsplash, this beautifully appointed space offers the ultimate in beachfront comfort and style.

The open-concept kitchen, living and dining area is designed for gathering, with plenty of room for everyone to relax and reconnect. The living room features a 60-inch Smart TV with Blu-ray player, while the dining area offers seating for six at the table and additional space at the bar—perfect for meals, game nights or just unwinding after a day at the beach.

Each of the three bedrooms includes a 42-inch Smart TV and its own thoughtful touches for added comfort. The spacious primary bedroom features a king bed and spa-like bathroom with a jetted tub, walk-in shower and private water closet. The second bedroom also offers a king bed and an adjacent bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The third bedroom includes two queen beds and a private bath. A bonus full bathroom in the hallway includes a walk-in shower, giving everyone plenty of space to refresh.

I recently stayed at Oasis at Orange Beach and had a fantastic experience. The condo was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed, making it easy to unwind. Waking up to coastal views each morning left me feeling refreshed—and even inspired me to launch my new podcast, Rooted for Growth. Highly recommended!

Phoenix West II is great

Phoenix West II (recently named Oasis at the Beach) is a great place to stay. We really enjoyed the adult pool and the outdoor restaurant/bar. As with many Phoenix properties, there are not enough elevators to accommodate the number of guests, even in October. Most days weren't too bad, but Sunday which is a popular check-out day - we waited over an hour for an empty elevator. Crye-Leike was great to work with, they even brought us new skillets since the only one in the unit was old and not usable. The unit itself could definitely use some updates - including the furniture. The beds, in our opinion, were quite uncomfortable. But overall we had a great week at the beach.

Unit 2110

This unit was very nice and we enjoyed our stay. The furniture was high quality and the beds wonderful. The kitchen wasn’t stocked well if you like to cook but had minimum basic items. The elevators were adequate except at check in times and around 5/6, with everyone going home at the same time.

Great stay for families!

Overall had a great stay at the condo! The place is very spacious and our family enjoyed it! Overall the unit was clean as far as being prepared by the housekeepers for our stay, but there were some things that need some upkeep on the property managers part. But overall a great facility for our family with the pool, lazy river, slide, bar, and ability to order food (pizza, ice cream, etc.) while at the pool, with the beach right infront to enjoy as well!

Roomy Clean Beachfront Condo

We loved our stay here! So much room & so clean! Balcony was amazing, we began & ended each day there:) So many amenities with the lazy river, splash pad, adult pool, regular pool, hot tubs, sauna, gym & more! Best condo we’ve stayed at! Only downsides were the ice machine was very loud, so if you plan to stay in the master bedroom don’t forget to bring a sound machine to drown out the noise & the elevators on a couple days were pretty slow. But overall these things were minute compared to all the great things!! Would definitely stay here again if coming to this area!

Great Condo!

My family and I enjoyed our time in Orange Beach, Alabama. The condo was phenomenal with a direct view of the ocean. The patio overlooked gorgeous ocean views. We had 5 total people staying in the condo and the size was perfect. It was spacious and you never felt on top of each other. The only drawback was the elevators took a bit long. Believe some were not working when we were there. Outside of that, the beach was amazing and you are close to many restaurants and attractions.

Great facilities on the property. The condo was pretty much as depicted in the listing, except we found the kitchen supplies a little lacking. We had to go out and buy a skillet to cook eggs for breakfast. Other than that, everything was great!

Fall Break Vacation

We had a short Fall Break vacation here and had the best time! The condo was very clean upon arrival. It looked just like what was pictured. The washer/ dryers are a bit older and took a long time to cycle. This was our first visit to Phoenix West II, though had many stays at Phoenix West. I will say I was a bit disappointed by the lazy river area. There were never any floats available, many popped or deflated laying around, and tons of kids taking them on the water slide where they aren't meant to go. I say this to know to bring your own if you go. The weather this time of year is wonderful and what keeps bringing us back! We rented chairs at the beach and it was perfect.

Great vacation spot

We loved everything about this property. It was clean, stocked, and the beach location was amazing! We went during the off season and the elevators still took some time to get on and off. Seems like for that large of a complex, there would be more elevator locations because it gets very backed up. The VRBO itself was amazing and we would book again!

Celebrating my husband’s birthday with our adult children and their significant others.

The kids and I gave my husband tickets to Kenny Chesney for his birthday. Our family and 2 others traveled here to see the concert. We forgot how crowded it is on a holiday weekend. We bought two parking passes and could not find a parking place after the concert Saturday night. We stopped and ask at the desk on level two and the guys said yes sometimes we have to many cars. We ask do you not compare parking spots to the number of passes sold? The response was this is just how it is, after we had paid $90 for two parking spots. Also the elevator situation was very frustrating as we waited 45 minutes Friday for one . Then about 40 the next day. Since we were on the 21st floor we could not move our stuff up by stairs. The condo had 1 skillet and 1 can opener that did not work. This condo would be good if you do not wish to cook, because the kitchen is sparsely stocked. Also very few towels for 6 people.

Very nice condo. Everything was as described in listing. Garage construction going on while there.

Garage construction was an inconvenience. Needed to park in higher levels as several floors were blocked off. White dust all over vehicles and lots of airborne dust in garage. Workers were wearing filtered breathing apparatuses but guests exposed to while walking in garage.

It was amazing! The condo was beautiful, clean, and in a great location. It was huge and had plenty of space for a large family. We have no complaints! We will definitely book again.

The only reason the cleanliness was not 5 stars was there were a few things that were not cleaned by the cleaning crew. Management was contacted and it was cleaned immediately.

Phoenix West II Was Great Again

We really enjoy staying at Phoenix properties due to the amenities for the kids (lazy river, water slide, indoor pool) and the comfort of the units (3Bed/4 Bath units are almost 2,000 SF). The unit we stayed in was clean, comfortable and the property manager was responsive to an issue with one of the toilets. We highly recommend this property especially if you have younger children.
