Bluewater 605 is a three-bedroom, two-bath condo with incredible Gulf-front views from the 6th floor.

Living Areas & Bedrooms:

• Access to the balcony is from the living room and the primary bedroom.

• Tile flooring is throughout the unit.

• The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need in your home away from home. Dining table seats four (expandable to six), plus two bar stools for additional seating

• Full-size washer and dryer are inside the unit.

• Living area has a queen sofa sleeper.

• Primary bedroom has a queen-size bed and an adjoining bathroom with a stand-up shower (please note: the primary bathroom door has been removed to allow for a wheelchair)

• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• The third bedroom features two full-size beds

Check-In & Parking:

• Keyless entry — no waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out

• A maximum of two cars allowed

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

Nice Condo and a Great Location

The check-in process was easy with a code for the door. The condo was clean and had the space it described. It does not come with any food items such as salt, sugar, ect but that is noted in the description. Access to the beach and pool were very easy. If you forget to bring items (or leave a bag at home like I did) there is a Dollar General across the street. Our code did stop working about 9am even though check out was at 10am. Overall, it was a great place to stay.

Orange Beach Vacation

My stay at Bluewater 605 was extremely nice. The entire family enjoyed themselves. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was also very spacious. Access to the beach and pool was only steps away, and it was conveniently located near shopping and eateries as well. I would definitely recommend this property.

Should be indicated as handicap accessible unit

Excellent location with beautiful views. Children liked the beach accessories. This is definitely a wheel chair accessible handicap unit but no mention of that was made on property listing. No door in primary bathroom, just a curtain. Showrr flooded the floors, wheelchair ramp was not clean. I would have selected another unit and left this for someone needing handicap services. Description was not transparent. Only one working elevator in condo building.

This property was really clean and beautiful. We had an awesome experience staying here. The coffee pot went out and property management was quick to hand deliver a new one. The pool area was really clean a nice easy walk straight to the beach. I would highly recommend. 5 star all the way.

We stayed in the Blue Water 605. The views from this room were amazing..Property was well kept. We enjoyed both pools jacuzzi , and the beach. I’ve already looking for time off work so I can return. We didn’t want to leave.

Not updated and no notice of work

The condo was under repair that the rental agent should have told us about. Every day pressure washing went on all day, walkways were closed. The dishwasher was broken. The appliances were old , cabinets filthy & many dishes dirty.

Family get away

Not overly impressed with first glance on arriving, but the Room was very clean and well kept. The outside pool area was very nice. Overall this was a wonderful and satisfying vacation for our family. We also enjoyed have multiple seating options in the living room area.

Almost perfect

The good: great location, nice and clean at a good price. The not so good: called to inquire for an early check-in, they said they'll call me back to let me know but they never did - not a big deal as I was aware of the 4 PM normal check-in, but ... the morning of the check-out the door code stopped working at least one hour before 10 AM. We took some luggage to the car and surprise, door code don't work to get the rest of the bags. I called and texted the management company, they only texted me back more than 1 hours later, wow! Luckily, one party member who we thought was out at the store, was still in the condo so we had a way to get in after only a bit of wait but we could've been lost our flight if we had to wait for property management to respond.

Family spring break

Everything was so perfect. We had such a beautiful first vacation here. Our stay is 605 had such a beautiful view of the ocean, and all the necessary amenities needed and more. Perfect getaway

My family and I have stayed in numerous condos in the Orange Beach area and this particular condo was by far our favorite! The balcony is huge, we even enjoyed a few meals outside. It even had an automatic metal screen which was really awesome. The condo also had beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys, boogie board, nets to catch crabs, etc in the balcony closet which was unexpected but very appreciated. The place was also very clean with the exception of a couple of towels that were left on the bathroom floor upon arrival. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Stay

We really enjoyed our stay. Convenient location with Dollar General right across the street if you need a few things quick. Walmart and Publix are also within walking distance if you don’t drive or rent a car. The unit itself is comfortable. Nothing upscale, but perfect for our needs. We were only inside to sleep, anyhow! The unit didn’t have towels, beach chairs, a wagon or cooler (good to know so you know what to pack when you’re staying here) but did have beach umbrellas and tons of sand toys. Spices in the cabinet were salt and pepper only (I believe the cleaning company has to dispose of anything left behind.. I assume due to COVID). There was a toaster, Keurig, regular coffee pot, blender and crockpot all in the unit along with anything you’d need to cook or eat with… pots/pans, lots of dishes. These are all things I always want to know and look for when renting so thought I’d help others out! Nice that it’s right on the beach! Had a wonderful stay.

Great location and accurate description

We went in March of 2021 and we loved it. Yes there was some construction nearby due to the rebuild after the last storms but they told us about that so wasn't a surprise or annoyance. Lots of space for us and 3 teens. Could definitely have fit more. Love, love, love the big balcony. Close to everything. We will definitely look forward to going back
