"I had a terrible experience at this motel. The room had no heating and no hot water, which is completely unacceptable, especially in cold weather. When I went to the front desk to ask for another room, the staff were very rude and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they treated me disrespectfully. Because the room was not livable, I left the motel. I believe I should be fully reimbursed, since they did not provide the basic conditions promised. I do not recommend this place to anyone."

"Expedia messed up my booking. The person at the front tried to help but had very limited say in the matter. As I was trying to call Expedia, the staff kept making loud noises and one was on their phone making a very loud personal call. the lobby was wet as they had just mopped when I got there - in the middle of the day with people coming and going. "

The included breakfast was a bonus, and the overall cost for the stay was very reasonable. They have an outdoor fire pit near the front entrance, and it was nice to sit out and enjoy the fire. "We booked our room for space & price point as well as being very close to Rte. 78 by Allentown, PA. We were VERY happy when we checked in. Room was spacious & comfortable. Pillows were so fluffy. Husband got a great night's sleep with them. Staff gave us additional coffee pods for the Keurig in our room which did not require him to keep going down to the lobby for coffee as hubby drinks coffee 24/7. While pool is only 3 - 4 ft deep, it was useful for doing laps. I was only person using it on...
