"Wonderful house and property; spacious, clean, well-equipped. Internet connection was flawless. Home theater was a nice touch. Excellent refrigerator and freezer space with two in kitchen area. Guest house was very helpful. Property well maintained and welcoming atmosphere. One of the best things in our experience was the availability of the host who responded to our concerns an inquiries super quick and was always helpful. Would stay there again and recommend to others."

"The kitchen was well equipped and we had everything we needed including a kettle which was very welcome for making tea. The nearest big grocery store is about 3 miles away. The property is in a very attractive area a short walk to shops, beach and water side attractions. The whole area is very attractive. We stayed 4 nights and regretted we hadn’t stayed longer so we could enjoy all the area had to offer. "

"My husband and I stayed at Salt & Pine Cottage for 3 days and left totally relaxed and de-stressed. There were water views out of almost every window! We are birdwatchers and enjoyed seeing migrating waterfowl, including Canada geese, Buffleheads, and a Common Loon, as well as lots of songbirds. "The Nassawadox Creek home is wonderful! The house is roomy, and well-equipped. (It even has decent kitchen knives! Usually, that kind of thing is an after-thought.)The place is great for kids, even older kids who dislike family vacations! There is a dock for fishing and crabbing (the kids caught about a dozen crab), and kayaks for the inlet. It was too cold for us to swim in the pool, but I can imagine it would be very inviting in the summer.Altogether a very nice place and we highly recommend...

Easy access to White Stone, Kilmarnock and Urbanna. We took advantage of getting take out at The River Market in White Stone and Something Different in Urbanna. Forrest was VERY responsive. All in all….a great stay. "
