"I enjoyed staying two days in the Varsity West.I stayed two nights visiting Olympic Park.The room was clean and the property was in a great location for me. I had an issue with my door, apparently the battery gave up in the door latch and I couldn’t get in. It was repaired in thirty minutes. Great job. Also, no one was available to assist us, especially figuring out the codes to elevator, room, entranca.. Bad experience. The only positive: The restaurant adjecent to hotel had excellent breakfast."
