"The room was immaculate and very roomy. What stood out the most about the River Inn is the outstanding staff that we encountered at the front desk, the valet, and the restaurant. Friendly and so happy to help out any way they could, the staff made our stay so enjoyable. We’ll be back when in DC!"

"Check-in was great - the woman at the front desk was amazingly friendly, offering a basket of snacks and engaging in conversation with our young kids. She even went outside to help move cars so we could park directly in front of the hotel. The room was spacious, clean and well furnished. We'll definitely be coming back!"

"The iron was sort of damaged, and it affected my shirt a little. Also, water drips out of the shower and makes the restroom floor slippery. But management was supportive enough to let me keep luggage in breakfast room for extra 2 hours after checking out."

"The room was a little dated but clean. The staff was nice enough and helpful when I had an issue with the desk lamp. Unfortunately maintenance said all the desk lamps did not work so they brought a stand up lamp so I can get with done. "

"Great stay at Placemakr. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and I loved the convenience of the keyless entry. The space was comfortable, well designed, and in a great location. Rochelle and everyone at the property were welcoming and helpful. I would definitely stay here again."
