"We stayed just 2 nights but would happily stay much longer. Paul was an excellent host and gave us a tour of his cork forest and explained the process of harvesting cork. He also gave great recommendations for walks nearby. The pool is gorgeous and lovely to be woken by sheep grazing amongst the olive trees. Accommodations are traditional farmhouse - steeped in history. Kitchen had everything we needed. We will be back. "

"This was a unique experience for us -- staying on a cork farm. The setting was stunning - the views amazing and you will truly get an authentic Alentejo experience. Note that is it not close to Evora, so keep that in mind. That said, I don't know that we've ever met a kinder and more welcoming host. "La casa es grande (unos 150 metros cuadrados) y está muy bien y perfectamente equipada. Está situada en una calle que hay dentro de las murallas del antiguo castillo pero se veía que la habían renovado totalmente hace poco. Tiene un patio interior y una terraza de buen tamaño para tomar el sol, comer y disfrutar de las estrellas.
