"Wouldn’t recommend this place. Streets full of bin bags first impressions not good. Was told about a bin strike fair enough. The room was okay very basic. No curtains. So it was bright early morning. People shouting and banging at all hours along the street.Bed was fairly comfortable, but overall didn’t sleep well due to light and noise. "Property very near University and Queen Elizabeth hospital. Basically clean. On the negative first room was tiny with a stopped up sink in bathroom and unusable shower because it was too hot. second room had a horrible bed with springs felt, no soap provided in room. Basically this place is a crash pad for students. I wouldn’t stay again. "

"You get what you pay but very run down property and amenities were not up to scratch. Really noisy building so if you are wanting a good night sleep then good luck. Check in was really easy and good but front door seems to be not closed properly by others so never felt fully safe during my stay. Again it does the job and you get what you pay for "

"Perfect location for our overnight stay after visiting Cadbury World - just a 3 minute drive with free parking. We had a triple room with 3 single beds with plenty of room for us all. Room was clean although a couple of the towels had stains on them. Restaurant unfortunately wasn’t serving their regular dinner menu only a limited bbq so we went elsewhere for dinner. Breakfast was lovely and worth the money before checking out. All staff we encountered were nice and polite - would 100% stay...
