"Lovely hotel, helpful staff, spacious room and modern bathroom. The only thing to improve would be the air conditioning which was not working. It was very hot in the room though the hotel did provide 2 fans. Ideal location for walking into Salisbury and parking was great. Will definitely stay there again."

"Estuvimos dos noches, llegamos tarde él primer día y no hubo ningún problema con eso. Nos atendieron muy bien, la amabilidad de su personal es increíble. Perdimos una de nuestras argollas de matrimonio en el lobby y un miembro del staff la encontró y nos la devolvieron en seguida. Muy agradecidos por todo."

"Great location in the middle of Salisbury, allowing to easily explore the city. Great breakfast in the morning and very good service at reception and waitress in the morning. Charming room in a former coach inn, tons of character. A couple of minor issues: heating bars in the bathroom were difficult to control and we had to open window and close door to the bathroom at all time to control temperature. Parking is widely available behind the hotel but not very well advertised."

"The property is updated and clean. It's close to shopping and eateries. The only negative comment I have is that their website needs to update how to enter the apartment. Instead of stating to enter code and push door, tell patrons to enter door and turn knob while the button on the knob is still green. It was, honestly, a bit confusing. Other than that, everything was excellent!"

Amazing property which is well equipped too. Only downside for us was some minor dirty bits that had been missed off on the cleaning schedule, and the welcome pack needs updating e.g. WiFi was different, and this didn;t include instructions/code for the bin stores (that was on the back of the front door). Would be helpful to have everything in one place.

"Al llegar el check in estuvo muy mal, no habia nadie disponible para ayudarnos a subir las maletas a un segundo piso , un dia caluroso y las habitaciones sin aire acondicionado, sin embargo todo esto es tolerable. Lo que no es tolerante es que al dia siguiente en el desayuno la mesera no nos atendió dandole preferencia a unos ingleses, cuando nos Atendió tomó la orden con mal gusto y con una mala actitud. A los 25 minutos regresa y nos dice que si nos toma la orden, nosotros con familia y niños...
