Welcome to The Good Place: an immaculate 3 bed, 1.5 bath house 1/2 mile to beach

Welcome to The Good Place: Old Orchard Beach! Enjoy this entire house, impeccably remodeled, half a mile to the beach and walkable to downtown shops and restaurants. There is off-street parking for 2 cars, a front porch for sitting, cute deck for lounging, and small yard for grilling!

The space
Modern and beachy and adorably decorated! On the first floor, we have a bedroom with a queen bed, as well as the full bath. Our welcoming, fully modern kitchen with barstools for family breakfast is adjacent to the dining room and living room, as well as the much important coffee-nook. In the comfortable living room there is a couch and armchairs, TV and desk.

The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with two full mattresses: one on the loft bed and one below in this kid friendly space. This bedroom also has a half bath. These bedrooms are kept comfortable with modern heat-pump units. There is a friendly sitting room with TV and daybed. (Please note ceilings are a little low for very tall people.)

Sit and enjoy your coffee on the front porch watching the world go by. For more private outdoor time, enjoy the side deck and small backyard with a propane grill.

Guest access
Once you have confirmed your stay, the morning of you will receive the lock code to enter. Check in is 4PM to allow for cleaning.

Other things to note
Through June to August our preference is Saturday or Sunday check in and check out. Our home is immaculate and beloved, and we intend to keep it that way. We require excellent reviews or references for any guest.
