Our cottage style house has all the amenities you need for a relaxing week at the beach in one of Maine's premiere family resorts.

For 20 years, we have been consistently rented all summer long and into September. One of the most consistent comments is how close we are to the beach and how extremely clean the house is upon arrival. Comfortable, relaxing 4 bedroom cottage on quiet street in one of Maine's most family-friendly ocean-side resorts. Short three-minute walk to the beach close to the town and world famous Pier (ten-minutes walk) with great access to golf, boating and the historic attractions of Portland, just 15 minutes away. The house has been recently painted, renovated upstairs bathroom, new living room furniture, new porch windows, new carpeting and with many updates, including a dishwasher and is suitable for families up to 8 people. Outdoor private patio, perfect oasis! Also has two full bathrooms, laundry, dining room, living room, wonderful front porch, off-street parking, WiFi, and a back yard patio all make this the perfect vacation getaway by the sea. 'Just wanted to let you and your brother know that we had a wonderful trip and enjoyed our stay at your house. I guess we picked the right week to be at the beach because it was hot! The ocean water was very refreshing. We spent just about every day at the beach and loved the fact that the house was walking distance to the beach, pier and miniature golf. We also enjoyed watching a Raging Tides baseball game (the stadium is just up the street from the house). We did venture out to Acadia National Park for a day. We got the kids up at 6:00 am and returned around 11:00 pm. We were only able to see the highlights because of time constraints, but did stop and eat at the Jordan House.
