Apartment Isands - walking distance from the center and beaches of Porto Rotondo

This charming apartment is surrounded by the stunning natural beauty of the Costa Smeralda, just a short walk from the centre of Porto Rotondo and close to its beautiful beaches. It offers a peaceful atmosphere and an excellent location, combining privacy with easy access to the town’s tourist amenities.

The apartment is located within an elegant residential complex, just over 1 km from the beautiful sandy Ira Beach. It features a living room connected to the dining area and a fully equipped kitchenette, providing everything you need to prepare your own meals.

The apartment has two bedrooms with double beds. The living room also features two sofa beds and an armchair bed, providing additional sleeping accommodation for up to three guests. In total, the apartment can comfortably accommodate up to seven people. There is also a full bathroom with a shower.

The living room opens onto a furnished terrace, offering an inviting outdoor dining area where you can enjoy fresh air and relaxing moments surrounded by the lush greenery of the Sardinian landscape.

The apartment is located close to the centre of Porto Rotondo, with restaurants, bars and ice-cream shops just a short walk away. Several other spectacular beaches of the Costa Smeralda can be reached within a few minutes by car.

From 15 June to 15 September, guests can also take advantage of the free shuttle service operated by the Porto Rotondo Consortium, connecting the town with the main beaches. The nearest shuttle stop is approximately 200 metres from the apartment.

Porto Rotondo is one of the five main destinations of the Costa Smeralda. Other renowned locations such as Porto Cervo, Arzachena, San Pantaleo, Baja Sardinia and Cannigione can all be reached within approximately 10–20 minutes by car.

The surrounding area is home to some of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, including Piccolo Pevero, Spiaggia del Principe, La Celvia, Ira Beach, Cala Capriccioli, Cala di Volpe, Romazzina and Liscia Ruja.

Thanks to its privileged location, the apartment is an excellent base for exploring the entire Costa Smeralda, the La Maddalena Archipelago and the wider Gallura region.
