Villa and guesthouse are rented together.
The villa is one of the most prestigious residences in the area, featuring a fully infinity-edge pool and a beautifully maintained garden, offering all the comforts for those seeking a relaxing holiday just a short distance from the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda and beyond.

The villa is located in the heart of an estate with 250 olive trees, immersed in the fragrant Mediterranean scrub.

The property sleeps a total of 14 guests. The villa accommodates 10 guests with 4 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms, while the guesthouse (dependance) sleeps 4 guests and has 1 bathroom. The villa is elegantly furnished and equipped with every comfort, including air conditioning and heating, a central vacuum system, and is composed as follows: a spacious living room with an open-plan kitchen, 4 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms (one with a Jacuzzi hydromassage shower), a laundry room, a game room with a pool table, and children’s games.

The kitchen is fully equipped with a stovetop, a 90 cm traditional oven, a microwave, and a dishwasher.
The laundry room includes a 6 kg washing machine.

The private infinity-edge pool offers a stunning view of Porto Rotondo and the surrounding hills, and includes a large sun deck with loungers and a 40 sqm veranda where you can dine while enjoying the magnificent panorama.

The guesthouse features a spacious living room with a double sofa bed, an open-plan kitchen, a double bedroom, and a bathroom with a shower.

All rooms are on the ground floor, making both the villa and guesthouse suitable for guests with disabilities.

From the villa, you can reach the most beautiful beaches of the Costa Smeralda in just a few minutes by car, as well as the Caribbean-like beaches of San Teodoro, which are also nearby. You can also enjoy beautiful boat excursions to the Maddalena Archipelago or go on fishing trips — and it’s not uncommon to spot groups of dolphins swimming around you during these outings.

A large shopping center is just a 10-minute drive away.

The historic center of Olbia is 15 minutes away by car, where you can enjoy lovely strolls along the seafront while having a delicious ice cream, or go shopping along the main street.

MUY MAL. 1. Corte de agua prolongado – Inhabitabilidad de la vivienda, 2. Gestión negligente de la avería. 3. Deficiencias adicionales de la vivienda: cocina con la ornalla principal rota, plato de ducha roto y se inundaba el baño, olor a cañería, residuos tirados por toda la carretera, frigorifico pequeño, camas de baja calidad, internet insuficiente.

Mixed review

We loved the pool and the view was outstanding. The air conditioning was much appreciated and there were plenty of beds. The kitchen was disappointing because we were cooking for 12 and the stove was in poor working order. They sent someone to repair it but it needed replacing which could not be done while we were there. The manager did bring hot plates. The dishwasher only rinsed the dishes. It did not heat the water and wash. The house came with involved instructions about trash collection and separation, but there was no pick up while we were there and cans were full from the previous week. Every day the trash was all over the road and yard from wild pigs, both inside and outside the property. We were visited by them every night! It was also difficult to eat outdoors because of the wasps. They need traps or a garden service to exterminate. Or have a big table indoors for meals. The manager was very responsive to my messages, but little was resolved.

A truly magnificent view

Many listings show pictures that turn out to be better than reality, but not so this villa. The quiet hillside location has a spectacular view over Porto Rotondo and the sea, and there was yacht racing while we were there to keep us entertained. The host were fantastic, very friendly and helpful. Any issues we had were quite small and fixed quickly, I'd just recommend a few more cooking plans for the oven in an otherwise well furnished property. We really enjoyed our stay, thank you for having us!

Haus in olbia

Wir hatten hier zwei herrliche Wochen verbracht. Eigentlich sind es zwei Häuser. In echt ist es noch schöner wie auf den Bildern. Vielen Dank an Omar der uns früher ins Haus gelassen hat und uns ein Late Check out ermöglicht hat😉👍
