In this case, we have a one-bedroom apartment of approximately 40 square meters with an interior view, located in a residential complex 100 meters from the sea, featuring classic furnishings—not modern but functional.

Located on the first floor, accessible by stairs, it consists of a single open-plan space with a double bed, two single beds, and a kitchenette equipped with electric hotplates.

Mandatory fees to be paid on site:



- Tourist tax: to be paid in cash; varies depending on the period; mandatory according to municipal regulations.



- Security deposit: €400 in cash or by credit card; refundable at the end of the stay upon inspection of the apartment’s condition.

- Guests are responsible for cleaning the kitchenette and disposing of trash. Otherwise, a penalty of €150 will be deducted from the security deposit for failure to clean the kitchenette and another €150 for failure to dispose of trash.



Optional additional services available upon request and to be paid on site:
