On the ground floor of an exclusive, quiet residence, this apartment sleeps 4 people. The residence is built in an attractive, Mediterranean style with views out over the beautifully maintained, shared garden and swimming pool. The contemporary kitchenette in the living/dining room is well-equipped with a hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer and mokka coffee machine, making self-catering a breeze. The living area has a table that seats 4 people, a comfortable sofa, flat-screen TV and large French windows that lead out to a shaded, private terrace that overlooks the gardens. The terrace has another dining table and seats for 4 people and deckchairs for relaxing in the sun.

Location
This residence is on the edge of the small town of Pittulongu, about an 11-minute drive from the town of Olbia, the centre of Sardinia’s famous Costa Smeralda.

The town’s beach is picture-perfect, long with pristine white sand. It is particularly popular with families, as the crystal clear, shallow waters are very safe for bathing and good for snorkelling. You can also hire sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as jet skis and windsurfing boards if you are feeling adventurous. The numerous coastal paths have spectacular views of the famous island of Tavolara. The island of Tavolara claims to be the smallest kingdom in the world and is well worth a day trip for hiking, swimming and lunch at the famous Da Tonino restaurant, run by the island’s current king.

For food options closer to home, Pittulongu has many good restaurants with local Sardinian specialities, seafood and classic Italian cuisine. If you want to experiment with local produce yourself, Olbia hosts farmers\' markets 3 days a week, the best being the Saturday market in Via Sangallo. There are many amenities in Pittulongu – shops and pharmacies, however, you are advised to bring your own car when staying at the property.

Olbia airport is just a 15-minute drive from the apartment. If you plan to arrive by ferry from Livorno or Civitavecchia the ferry terminal in Olbia is only a 10-minute drive away.
