Caletta Nest 88 is easily accessible from the parking area on the main road via a short path with a few steps. Located in a quiet and private position with a splendid sea view, this apartment offers all modern comforts. The brand-new kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances, opens onto a living room with induction hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, oven, and air conditioning. The covered veranda, furnished with table and chairs, is perfect for dining outdoors and enjoying evenings with friends by the barbecue. The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms: one with a double bed and one with a double bed plus a single bed, a bathroom with shower, and washer/dryer. A reserved covered parking space is available in the parking area in front of the path leading to the apartment.

The covered veranda offers a magnificent sea view and is perfect for relaxing moments outdoors or enjoying sunset dinners. A barbecue is available for guests. The seasonal shared swimming pool and tennis court further enhance your leisure and holiday experience.
LOCATION AND DISTANCES
Caletta Nest 88 is located within the residential complex "La Caletta di Porto Rotondo", surrounded by 100,000 sqm of Mediterranean vegetation including century-old junipers, wild olive trees, rockroses, and myrtles. The complex overlooks the Gulf of Cugnana, opposite Portisco, and consists of several small buildings well-spaced to ensure privacy and tranquility. Guests can use the shared pool and tennis court. The area slopes down to the sea, which can be accessed via a small beach located 450 meters away, reachable on foot through an internal road. Ira Beach is less than 2 km away. The residence offers covered parking with traditional Sardinian cane structures as well as guest parking spaces. Near the entrance, you’ll find the restaurant with pool “Stella di Gallura”, a popular summer spot. The center of Porto Rotondo, with its boutiques, bars, restaurants, and lively nightlife, is less than 2 km away, about five minutes by car. Here you can stroll along the charming marina where yachts of all sizes are moored.
