Each apartment has a reserved parking space, a covered outdoor veranda with panoramic views of the gulf, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, a living room with kitchenette and sofa, accommodating up to 4 people. Amenities include: washing machine, air conditioning, sea view veranda, and use of the seasonal outdoor pool reserved for residents. The beaches of Lo Squalo, Il Pellicano, and Pittulongu are about a 2-minute drive away. The pool is open from 15/06 to 15/09.

Interior Description

The Suite G features a small and cozy covered veranda where you can relax and enjoy a charming panorama that stretches from the island of Tavolara to the promontory of Golfo degli Aranci. On the right, children can play in the small fenced green lawn garden, equipped with a dining table and swing. The covered veranda hosts a comfortable dining table and chairs. The accommodation offers comfortable spaces for four guests: the living room has a relaxation area with sofa and kitchenette with fridge/freezer, air conditioning. The sleeping area includes two bedrooms with double beds and wardrobe, a bathroom with shower, and a washing machine. Suite V is equipped with air conditioning in every room. A reserved parking space is available in front of the entrance gate. The Belvedere residential complex features a seasonal outdoor pool, usable at specified times and only in the presence of a lifeguard.

The beaches of Lo Squalo, Il Pellicano, and Pittulongu beach are well-equipped with bathing and dining services. Within a two-minute drive or walking distance, you will find neighborhood services such as bars, restaurants, and supermarkets. The area hosts numerous beach kiosks where you can relax in the evening, sipping a glass of wine or a cocktail, enjoying typical appetizers. Among the best dining spots are Chiringuito Bar and Restaurant in Bados, Trattoria Rossi in Pittulongu, Mamabeach in Pittulongu, Ristorante Lo Squalo, and Costa Sarda Bar for a quick lunch with local cuisine. The nearby Centro Gallura shopping center offers many shops and a large supermarket. Among the enchanting nearby beaches reachable on foot are Lo Squalo, Pittulongu, Il Pellicano, Mare e Rocce. In about 10 minutes by car, you can reach the beaches around Golfo Aranci: Cala Sassari, Cala Sabina, Spiaggia Bianca, Baja Caddinas, and Cala Moresca, a natural park home to a resident group of over 100 dolphins. Nearby and easily accessible beaches include Ira Beach, Spiaggia dei Sassi, Marinella; nearby, excellent restaurants such as Da Giovannino, Ristorante Bambusa, Da Onorio, and Donatella.
