"This Summerland property is exactly as shown on VRBO. Quite well stocked with cookware, utensils, cups/glasses, spices and a variety of drinks in the refrigerator. The entire unit was spotless. Parking was assigned and allowed easy access and exit. A/C unit worked quite well, but we hardly needed it.
