"We stayed for three nights in a family room for three. The room is specious and clean. We have a dog with us and Kings Arms is 100% dog friendly. We stayed in a room quite close to some cooling system which was required to keep turned on to keep the beer cold (I think) but it produced a constant mechanically nose which became very noticeable in the evening. "The hotel is OK. Our room was on the groundfloor and seemed a bit tired. It wasn’t a large bed and we were kept awake from 4 -5am by the television in an adjoining room.
Parking at the hotel is easy (reduced payment for guests) and it’s convenient for the M5 and Exeter airport."

"The room was very clean, hosts were lovely. Breakfast was amazing. Only downside to the stay was I like the window open at night and the church chimes on the half hour and on the hour, but ear buds are provided👍 we had a lovely stay and will definitely stay again…"
