"I arrived at the hotel close to midnight. There was one person in the reception and though he was not helping anyone else, he took almost 10 minutes to come and assist me. He was chatting and laughing with another member of staff.
There was no explanation about the amenities, breakfast, internet or even where to locate the elevators.
The room smelled unclean, the bin in the bathroom had not been emptied, the bed did not look like it had been made fresh, the water bottle had the seal broken."
