"小田原駅からは無料のシャトルバスが出ているので、出発時間まで小田原駅直結のミナカ小田原でランチしたりして観光もできました。ホテルまで20分程で着いたあと、手際よく受付カウンターへの誘導とチェックインの手続きがなされていて好感が持てました。無料でできるヒルトンオーナーズクラブへの登録をお勧めされたので登録したら、ボーリングをする際のジュース代が無料になったり、フィットネスクラブでの室内シューズも無料で貸して貰えたので登録してて良かったと思いました。お部屋もたまたまクラスアップの部屋が空いているので如何致しますかと確認されたので、どうせならその方がいいかと思って6階のお部屋に変更して下さいました。でもたまたまその上の階の客室から床を歩く音とか物音が遅い時間まで聞こえてきたので変更しない方が良かったかなと後悔しました。これは運ですが…。 ..."
