"The RV was extremely clean and larger than expected. It was very spacious and had everything we needed such as dishes, towels, shampoo, conditioner, lotions, and available TV’s in both living room and bedroom. It also had bed clothes and even a little surprise left for us from our host. There was the villages nearby within a 15 minute drive, local restaurants, and beautiful scenic sights. "Jeff is a great host and very responsive. The house was the perfect location to be close to family but have our own place. The golf cart was the perfect addition to get around like Villagers and our littles loved it. Very family friendly with minimalist decor. The pools were close by and easy to access. We will definitely stay here again."

"The property description was completely misrepresented. We pulled in to the property and there were homeless people on the property with their belongings. The only people staying there seemed to be long term stays with junk everywhere. Much of the furniture had been pulled outside of the rooms and many people sitting outside were very unsavory. We immediately left and booked a hotel down the street. It was awful and we did not feel safe even driving through the parking lot."
