"I was genuinely pleasantly surprised by this place. The free shuttle ran twice every hour around the clock, and the stop was right outside airport arrivals with a big white tour-style bus that was easy to spot. Check-in was smooth and every staff member I interacted with was courteous and helpful.
I stayed in the apartment section and expected something small or cramped for the price, but the space was much larger and more comfortable than I thought it would be. Everything was clean and quiet,...

"The hotel is away from the centre but thankfully easy by bus to get to. The area is a bit nondescript and gets deserted at night. The room was stunning and impeccably clean. The kitchen was spacious and fully kitted. I previously stayed in other Bob W’s and having a front desk was a welcome change from the impersonal service. "Great hotel. Was only there for a couple of days so didn’t use any of the self catering aspect of the facilities however these looked complete.
I arrived a little later than expected around 2130 and then reception were very helpful.
The room was very nice and comfortable with great views over the canal. The bathroom whilst a little small had one of the best hotel showers I’ve ever used.
The restaurant and bar downstairs is very nice and the staff down there were excellent too."
