    Esta casa de campo única tiene todas las comodidades para hacer que tus vacaciones sean exóticas, llenas de diversión y una que esté llena de recuerdos mágicos.

    La casa principal es un baño de 3 dormitorios / 3. 5. Cada baño tiene su propia característica distintiva. Baño principal tiene jacuzzi Mientras Otro baño tiene un efecto exterior, construido alrededor de un árbol con la ducha anexa al tronco del árbol. Tiene una cocina totalmente equipada, comedor y patio, 2500 pies cuadrados de cubierta de teca sobre el océano con bañera de hidromasaje, estación de barbacoa, cenador con un pozo de fuego en el centro y una hamaca que cuelga sobre las aguas azules cristalinas. Con su sonido envolvente de música del sistema Los dulces relajantes sonidos de la música se puede escuchar en todas las áreas. Perfecto para el entretenimiento al aire libre.

    La propiedad cuenta con tres mini casas adicionales llamadas "la casa del perro", la "casa del gato" y la casa Octopuss, cada casa tiene sus propias características únicas. The Dog House tiene el efecto de una cabaña de madera equipada con un tamaño cama de matrimonio, baño completo con bañera y una ducha exterior y nevera. The Puss House se encuentra junto a uno de los Gazebos que se extiende sobre el océano. Cuenta con una cama tamaño Queen, con ducha al aire libre, balcón y suelos de cristal.

    La casa del Octopus es la más grande, con una cama king size, un baño grande, una mini nevera y un balcón.

This home is lovely! The staff Ami,Mrs B, Norma,Samara and Roberto were warm and professional. The food is THE best in Jamaica. We booked all adventures through O’Neill Jamaicain Excursions and this guy should be the prime minister! Timely,fun and a hometown guy who knows everything Ochi. A wonderful vacation in every way. So sad to leave :(

Phenomenal stay over Xmas! The beautifully manicured compound is spectacular, the house staff is superb, and the food was absolutely delicious. Ms. B. is marvelous chef who shopped for us every day and cooked up curried shrimp, Caribbean lobster, and whole variety of authentic Jamaican dishes. Terrific house manager who had local contacts throughout the island and who made our bookings and negotiated prices on our behalf. Truly relaxing vacation, lots of terrific sights to see, and many enduring memories made by everyone in our group ranging from age 8 to 80. Our highest recommendation!

Beautiful Property !

If you are looking for an island vacation property this is definitely it. Beautiful property, pictures don’t do it justice. Host and staff were all extremely kind, hospitable and responsive to all our needs and requests. The only con was the lack of air conditioning or in the common area of the main houseAll together a lovely time, would definitely come back!

Beautiful and spacious. Great staff are willing to please and are very capable and kind. We had four couples staying and it was total relaxation. I highly recommend Crystal Cove.

Ideal house for our annual strategic meeting

Property is exactly as shown, large main house with small cottages for guests' intimacy. The infinity pool falling into the ocean is really stunning, the staff was attentive to our needs and expectations and the Chef is amazing! all meals were great. Overall a perfect stay, our only wish was to be able to stay longer...

This is a fabulous property with an exceptional staff!

We thoroughly enjoyed our week at Crystal Cove Villa. There was an ongoing problem with the jacuzzi. The owner was aware and tried very hard to fix the problem, but they were never able to address it. Otherwise everything was great. We would definitely stay here again!

Magical Stay

Beautiful location that’s better than the pictures. Lots of areas to hang out. Staff was friendly helpful and flexible. The best we’ve worked with. We loved how quiet and peaceful the location is and felt very safe at all times. The kids loved the pool, slide and trampoline along with the fabulous snorkeling. Only negative was no beach to walk along. But that wasn’t advertised. Very memorable New Year’s Eve trip. We loved it!

Aesthetically, this villa is beautiful and has a lot of potential. However, for the price paid, the experience fell below my expectations. There are several upgrades and repairs clearly needed — and I understand that improvements are in progress.During our stay, we experienced several issues: no hot water in some showers, the pool and jacuzzi required maintenance upon arrival, AC issues in the Puss House, electrical malfunctions in the Dog House, a missing bathroom door handle in the Octopus Room, non-working TVs, and a presence of ants and mosquitoes in various rooms. Also, the main kitchen/family area lacked a fan, making it uncomfortable at times.That said, the chef was absolutely amazing, and the other staff members did their best to accommodate us and make our stay enjoyable. We still managed to have a great time, but with some much-needed updates, this property could truly deliver the luxury experience it advertises.

Ms.Barbara, Ms.Diane and Ricardo were absolutely amazing, and are the reason we would go back. In addition, driver Oneil was also amazing. View at property is unmatched. Few things in house were not working Jacuzzi wasn’t working at all, firepit needed some maneuvering from Ricardo for it to work, seemed like wires had to be taped down by him or something. We could not use it once he was gone in the evening. Ceiling fan in the living room was not working, and the living room doesn’t have AC. Overall the location was great, my family had a great time and the people that work at that house were amazing.

Absolutely above Expectations

All that i can say is WOW! I knew from reading all the positive reviews that crystal cove was the perfect place for us to stay but once we arrived it really put things into perspective. This place blew us away and if i could give it a rating of 20 i would. Lol But in all seriousness this villa was perfect. From the cleanliness to the excellent staff, the views and the food, oh boy the food was my favorite! If you are looking for the perfect place to stay with a group of friends or family i highly recommend crystal cove. It's a 10 out of 10 for sure. I want to thank Jordan and the wonderful staff for the fantastic experience. We literally did have to lift a finger for anything. I cannot wait to go back next season. Thanks for everything Julian

A must stay!

The property is great for couples or families. The uniqueness of the rooms is a change from standard hotel rooms. The outdoor area allows for the privacy that makes you feel like your on an island by yourself. The staff was great! The chef and her team was outstanding. The housekeeper ensured that everything was tidy and clean. The maintenance guy was great with the upkeep of the property. Last but not least the property manager worked with us from the reservation until we were back home. Everyone was exceptional in their responsibilities. One con was the electric went off multiply times. The AC in one of the cottages was out all night from the outage. The should be addressed immediately.

Perfection in Paradise

If you are seeking vacation perfection in every possible way, you've found it! This was our fifth trip to Jamaica, and it was by far the best. Our daughter chose Crystal Cove Villa for her senior trip. The property is immaculate, but the staff really makes the place stellar. Joana is the consummate professional, managing every need and even the unexpected with aplomb and grace. She is also an exceptional tour planner, and her best suggestion was contracting Oneil Taylor for all our tour/transportation needs. His service was exceptional and was only outshined by his personality. Mrs. Barbara is an absolute force of nature in the kitchen and is also one of the kindest, most patient and most nurturing people. Christine and Norma were fantastic. Diane kept the house in perfect order. And, of course, Ricardo was always in motion keeping the grounds looking perfect…or creating an amazing cocktail. Crystal Cove Villa is above reproach. The villa was designed to showcase harmony between the indoor and outdoor worlds. Each room has a unique feel, from the restive quiet main floor front bedroom to the engaging over-water cottage and outdoor shower. Watching the sun set from the infinity pool was spectacular, and the ambiance created by the landscape lighting after sunset simply added to the magic. The slide, trampoline and private stairs into the ocean were group favorites. If you can book this villa, do it. Don't wait or second-guess. You won't be disappointed.

Beautiful Property, But With Issues

This property is aesthetically gorgeous, absolutely beautiful. There were a few issues. There was an electrical current in the pool that "grabbed" my daughters. We discovered this on our second day. Staff turned off the circuit breakers to the lights in the pool, but that did not stop the electricity. The electrician could not figure out how to fix the problem. That made me very suspicious about the wiring for the lights in the pool. This was an obviously serious safety concern. We didn't use it for the rest of our visit as the owner could not remedy this situation. Lots of bugs converge on the trees in the bathrooms. One shower wouldn't drain. The house was impeccably clean. It is a tropical location, so expect to see huge cockroaches in the bedrooms/bathrooms. The staff were outstanding, especially Ricardo - he provided expert assistance throughout. The head cook gave me receipts for every food purchase. The food was great. There is no table inside the house where we could sit down and eat at as a family. So be advised, bugs come to dinner with you outside. We were not allowed to secure the house when we left during the day, even though staff used an outside kitchen. No privacy during the day, always 3 to 5 staff going in and throughout the house. Not being able to use the pool for the remainder of our trip was a real downer and is unacceptable for the price we paid. Lovely property, but I'll pass next time.

Absolute Paradise

This property is absolute perfection, where indoor luxury meets outdoor paradise. It's even more impressive than the pictures can capture. As beautiful as Jamaica is, we enjoyed the property so much that it was hard to leave it to explore the island. The staff was incredible - so warm and personable; they really added to our enjoyment of the trip. Joanna, the property manager, anticipated our every need, was so helpful in planning outings, and accommodated our every request (many of them last minute - sorry, Joanna!). Every recommendation she made was just perfect; I trusted her from beginning to end. Barbara, the chef, also deserves a special shout-out for her incredibly delicious food and for her sweet, nurturing nature. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this property and the staff; we can't wait to go back! (Things I wish I had known: 1) The bedrooms will get as icy cold as you want! Knowing that it was going to be incredibly hot and humid in July, I worried that the property's air conditioners would not get cold enough to provide a respite from the heat. But the air conditioners were definitely up to the task of keeping us cool. There's no air conditioning in the common areas because those spaces are really about indoor/outdoor living, but the bedrooms will get as cold as you need them to. We were told there was an option to make the indoor common area cool by closing all the doors to the outside and opening all the bedroom doors, but we really never wanted to leave the outdoor common areas, so we never tried it out. 2) I worried a little that it might feel awkward having staff around the house all day, but it was truly wonderful having them there. They were the loveliest people and also unobtrusive; and of course, they made our vacation so much better by doing all the work and letting us focus on fun and relaxation. I'm really going to miss them on my next vacation! 3) Bring a lot of cash. Your house staff will need it for grocery shopping and paying fresh fruit/fish vendors, and you'll need it for tips when you go out and for the staff at the end. You'll save yourself several trips to the ATM, which are hard to get to and not always reliable.)

Paradise

If you are considering staying at this property…DO IT! My husband and I have now been to Jamaica 5 times and this was by far the best experience we’ve had. The property, the grounds, the house are not only immaculate but it’s also really fun. From our driver O’Neil who took care of 8 of us for 10 days, to the management, to the staff…5 star treatment! Miss Barbara and Miss Norma rocked it in the kitchen…Miss Diane made sure house was well taken care of and Ricardo constantly working to keep the grounds and the pool beautiful (he also made sure we had drinks in our hands) The staff made our trip an unforgettable memory..we would come back to this property for another amazing vacation in a heartbeat 💗

This property is simply fabulous. The decor is unmatched, and the amenities are unbelievable. The staff were courteous and demonstrated excellence in all of the services they offered. The chef is exceptional and created authentic Jamaican dishes that were delicious. Our family had the time of our lives and will definitely return!

Amazing Times Had at Crystal Cove

Had an amazing holiday with family. Everything was seamless and as advertised. Staff was amazing!! Food delicious!! Grounds and home impeccable. Couldn’t ask for anything better! Would come back in a heartbeat!!

We had an absolutely fantastic time. Barbara, Norma, Diane and Ricardo the staff went above and beyond. The Villa is beautiful and very nicely furnished with great amenities. I must say though the the stay would not have been as good if Joanna the house manager had not been there. She made sure that each and everything was taken care of. From transportation to and from any excursions we wanted to just making sure that we had a cocktail in our hand at all times. The owner of his property needs to make sure that he never loses her because she is absolutely phenomenal.

Best 21st Birthday EVER

I first want to say thank you to Jordan and the amazing staff at Crystal Cove. My gift to my sister for her 21st was this trip and there was nothing that could have made it better! Vincent’s amazing curry, Norma and Dian’s pleasant demeanors and helpfulness, and Richardo’s drinks made this trip everything I could’ve wanted for my sister and thensome! If you’re having second thoughts about booking, DONT! You’ll be missing an experience of a lifetime!

Superior everything

Tremendous residence, and location. Wonderful staff of four who are included in the rental price. My group of 13 family members all loved the house staff, it became one large family. I have rented 7 large homes over 25 years and this was the best overall experience.

Pretty House but nothing works

I rented this villa going off the pictures and the overall rating it received however; my experience wasn’t what I expected. First, I didn’t have any correspondence with the owner until days prior to my trip even with booking over six months in advance. The owner reached out the day when if I decided to cancel my booking I would only receive half of my money or even no money. They were several things that didn’t work inside of the house including the main refrigerator and the living room air conditioning systems. One of the bedroom tv didn’t work and was infected with water bugs. When these concerns were brought up to the owner he stated and I will quote “ this is a third country”. The water pressure in some of the rooms was horrible. The best things about this house the gardener Ricardo and the house attendant Ms. D.... but besides that my guest and I tired to make the best out of a bad situation. But when your paying over 2,000 for the night better service and up keep should be guaranteed.

Crystal Cove- Kelley Family and Friends

We absolutely loved our stay at Crystal Cove. The place is beautiful and designed so nice! My family and I really enjoyed ourselves. The place is located right in the city, there were many excursions to do. The staff were phenomenal!!! Although the property itself made our trip really fun, the staff being amazing topped it off. The food was great, Ms. Felicia and her crew are amazing. My family and I will definitely be back.

Paradise!

Just returned from a girls trip over Presidents’ Day weekend. The five of us had an amazing time at Crystal Cove. The property itself is absolutely gorgeous with every room having a different amazing feature or vibe. Some of the rooms were more rustic and some were hotel quality. We spent many lazy hours by the gorgeous infinity pool and relaxing around the fire pit. The only hiccup are some plumbing issues that have been mentioned In other reviews as well. One of the showers did not get warm or hot water at all during our entire stay. After the first two days the hot tub didn’t work which was quite disappointing. On the very last morning, before we were set to leave for the airport, three out of the five showers were not working at all. We were told that this was due to a main being shut off for repairs on the street. One other small hiccup was some cutting of corners with service by the house manager. Basically if we didn’t know to ask for some thing it wasn’t offered. For example there were no cushions on the very plentiful outdoor furniture on the property. We did find this strange but just assumed that they weren’t available. When the owner came by to see how our visit was going he was surprised when we mentioned that it would’ve been nice to have cushions. Surprised because he said there were cushions for all the seating. He called out to the house manager who explained that all of the cushions had “blown away in the breeze“. All of us, including the owner, were a bit suspicious of this explanation. There was also a speaker that was brought out for the first time on the very last night that we could connect our phones to for music. It would’ve been nice to have had this speaker from the very start. However, what made up for these short cuts in service was more than made up for by the unbelievable chef at Crystal Cove. Although she’s very serious she certainly takes her job seriously she is actually very sweet and kind and thoughtful.She is an extremely talented chef and made some absolutely spectacular meals for us. But besides that, she went above and beyond and because we loved her food so much she prepared extra homemade jerk marinade, jerk sauce and various other items and packed them in five individual packages for us to take home. Her food and thoughtfulness outshined any other issues that we may have had. All in all an absolutely amazing time. Thank you so much to Crystal Cove, we will definitely be back next year!

Oceanfront Relaxation

Booked this home about a year in advance for 11 adults - (couples/singles) - first the good stuff - you’re in a house but it feels more like a resort - there is a main house that has 3 bedrooms and then 3 separate houses - all of which have a private bathroom and cold A/C - it literally sits on the ocean so you can hop in and out very easily - the house has some cool amenities like a floating trampoline and water slide - in addition to that the house comes staffed with 4 key people - Chefs Tenisha & Norma, Housekeeper Diane and Grounds Man Delroy - these 4 truly add to the experience at Crystal Cove - food was always prepared and there was plenty of tasty options at each meal, rooms were cleaned very quickly and the outside pool/jacuzzi were also always tended to. Now the bad - leading up to the trip my point of communication was Jordan but when we got there, a lady named Lezell was my point of contact - upon arrival she wasn’t there - by the time she arrived, we’d already walked the property- as a house manager she should’ve been ther to greet us when we arrived - once she did arrive we asked questions about some of the functions of the house like the outside speakers, the light over the fire pit, things the house manager should know - instead of her saying let me find out, she deferred to “they don’t work” - it wasn’t until Delroy came to the house that the outside stuff worked as advertised- additional things came up throughout the stay, we would ask her questions but she would send us to the staff - so for our stay, she was of no use. The consistency of the hot water was an issue for all the rooms and hot tub - our last two nights the hot tub didn’t work - that was a bummer - I think everyone said their showers were either cold or lukewarm. The amount of money you need for food and transportation was much more than Jordan estimated - so for 5 breakfasts, 4 lunches, 4 dinners for 11 adults we spent $1600 USD - the house will provide you with a menu but we found it to be easier to give the chefs a budget, tell them your food allergies and then just allow them to cook for you - you’ll get authentic Jamaican cuisine! The house has a guy that provides transportation for them - from the airport it was about $40pp - trips in town ranged from $15-$30 per person, per trip - he was awesome and always on time but that is an additional place where you need lots of cash. Overall - the good far outweighed the bad - this property is a gem!
