Step into our Living Room which includes a comfortable sectional souch with ample seating. To keep you cool and fresh, this area has a AC Unit and ceiling fan and for your entertaining pleasure there is a65 Inch wall-mounted smart TV with access to Netflix, Youtube, Cable TV. Bar Stools provide additional seating by the breakfast bar so everyone can take part in the action.

The spacious Chef’s Kitchen includes all of the luxury appliances, pots and pans, dishes, cutlery, microwave, and all your required small appliances including a Kuerig machine for complimentary tea or coffee. For those of you looking to stay out of the kitchen during your vacation, a Professional Chef is also available upon request with your host for an additional fee. For those formal meals, a separate dining area that seats 6 with a ceiling fan to keep you cool while enjoying your meals is perfect to relax and unwind after a long day.

All Bedrooms include their own AC units, Ceiling Fans and Smart TV’s and ensuite bathroom, creating that home away from home feeling of comfort and leisure.

The spacious Master bedroom has a King Size Bed, luxurious linens, En-suite bathroom, large shower and double vanity sinks.

Both rooms have a Queen Size Bed with luxurious linens, an En-suite bathroom with walk in Shower and plenty of space and natural light.

For those that want to stay on site at Happy Cove, there is no need to leave this gated area as all of the key things you need are right at your fingertips. As a guest, you will have full access to the gorgeous pool and lounge area with lots of pool seating for those that are looking to enhance their tan. The club house, exercise centre and pool are a few minutes’ walk from the home, providing the resort style type of experience in a more intimate setting.

We have partnered with 876 Consierge Management to assist with all your travel needs. They will greet our guests upon arrival with island treats and Jamaica’s famous rum punch.

Interested in booking excursions or day trips to explore our beautiful island? Our personal concierge service can assist with setting up travel excursions to tour the island, we can assist, pampering by the beach or having a masseuse come to the home to help you completely unwind - Whatever your desires, you can partner with the Management Service for white glove treatment.

Airport transfers and transportation around town are available upon request at an additional charge.

Very nice property. Beautiful rooms, bathrooms. Online listing of walking distance to restaurants, etc are inaccurate with a minimum of 20 minutes instead of the 1 minute listed.

World Class Stay

I booked this property for myself and family of 6 and we stayed comfortably with ages ranging from 9 yrs old to 73. I found the location to be perfect positioning for a base to tour the island from. I would suggest having a vehicle or reliable taxi service as the centre of Ochie is only 5 minutes away but realistically 20 mins walking down hill from the door. We loved the complex the property is in. The security to get in is tight and also polite but this leaves you with a real sense of safety and freedom whilst on the complex. You couldn’t want for more from a holiday home. The spec is done to such a high standard that you feel like you are in a hotel. The property is actually better in person than the pictures show, have no misconceptions about that. It has a real sense of space (we live in a 4 bedroom home in England) The layout works really well. The welcome basket and meal in the fridge was just one point of reference for how this booking has impressed me in setting a high standard of service and care for their guests. Can’t fault Claudia the house keeper. Everything was possible, even booking reservations last minute on a public holiday for Valentine’s Day. Any issues that arose were dealt with swiftly and efficiently and the owner Samantha was very responsive in the lead up to our trip and during. Would I stay here again with or without my family yes yes yes, in fact I will probably only stay here in future providing it’s not booked up lol.

Excellent hospitality, very clean and modern updates. We would definitely book again. Thanks to Ms Claudia for everything, she took the time out to bring us breakfast and to make us feel very comfortable and at home. Thanks to all!
