The Lake House es un nuevo artesano de la construcción de alta gama, hogar que ofrece la tranquilidad y la privacidad de un retiro junto al lago de 12 acres con fácil acceso a la playa. La playa está a solo 10 minutos a pie por 207th St o en coche a la playa en 225th street, a solo 3 minutos de distancia. El centro de Long Beach y Ocean Park se encuentran a 5 minutos en coche.

¡No olvides tus aparejos de pesca! Salga por la puerta de atrás, salte en un kayak, canoa o bote de remos (todo incluido) y podrá comenzar a lanzar para el bajo de boca grande, perca amarilla o trucha arco iris. La temporada de pesca abre el último sábado de abril y finaliza el 31 de octubre.

4 family get together

The house was beautiful, and the view of the lake was gorgeous! The host checked in with me before during and after, so I felt well taken care of. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very well stocked. (Only the knives needed some sharpening). The family really loved the theater room! We definitely want to come back!

Nature At It’s Best

The home is big & beautiful, but the property is the best, even at Christmas. We were able to use the paddle boat in the lake and saw many herons, cormorants, Buffleheads, & Kingfishers. In the woods behind the house we found mosses, mushrooms, lichen & a tree frog.

Absolutely amazing rental!

I had my closest friends over for my 30th celebration and I could not have asked for a better place. The secluded property, lakefront area, amenities...all too amazing. The weather held up and we were able to enjoy the paddle boat and canoe and we held one of the best karaoke sessions at the home theater room ever. The property ownership was incredibly communicative and left such great instructions that contributed to the amazing stay. From the bottom of my heart, thank you for making this milestone the most amazing experience ever.

Great location with plenty of space for large family vacation

Although we were only a family of 4 with our dog, we enjoyed the large rooms, great backyard and beautiful property. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to prepare meals and the movie room was an added bonus. Would definitely return.

Great house

This house has everything! We like being on the lake because it was much warmer and the kids had fun with the paddle boat. The beach is a short drive away. There are TONS of indoor and outdoor toys for kids of all ages and a nice little office if you need to get some work done. The movie theater was also a BIG hit. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again.

Great private spot!

We loved how private the house was. The lake view was stunning, the house was fantastic- kids LOVED the theatre room, so much space to spread out or to be together. Game room was a hit, and the kitchen was well stocked for my chef husband and his best friend to cook for us. Also loved that is was dog friendly. The property managers were very easy to communicate with and very responsive to questions. We will definitely be back.

Great stay!

We loved the place. Plenty of room for the extended family to stay. We enjoyed the amenities provided, including the hot tub, game room, theatre room, and lake activities. Our toddlers enjoyed the sand box out back while we had a horseshoe tournament for the adults :). Our two labs also enjoyed the lake! This was perfect for our group, and close proximity to the beach and tourist activities.

Great Large Vacation Rental

We had a great family stay. The property is as advertised. There was so much room for everyone to spread out or be all together. There was plenty of outside yard space for games we brought as well as the horses shoe game provided. Everyone enjoyed the boats and some of the kids even swam in the lake. The property was in a great location, private but also a close drive into town or the beach for the activities our large group wanted to do. We had a great time and hope to book this property again in the future.

Weekend Retreat

Had a fantastic stay here! Management was incredibly quick to respond and patiently answered all questions! No issues during stay and had a small (15 people) wedding reception in the gorgeous backyard. Everything was so clean and well stocked, would highly recommend to everyone! Excellent location and amenities

After issues with a different local property and manager resulted in needing to find a new place for a multi-generational family event, the Lake House with Bloomer Estates was better than we’ve ever experienced. The property was perfect with opportunities for everyone, and Bloomer Estates communicated with us in the days leading up to the rental, during our stay, and even afterward. We will be back!

Family Christmas Fun

We had 3 generations of family together. The house allowed us many opportunities to be together, but there were also many places to have quiet time. We played together in the yard, hot tub, theatre room & game room. And we ate together at the huge dining room table. But we also had snuggled up with a cozy blanket.reading time & baths with a glass of wine in the huge bathtubs. We never got in each other’s way even in the spacious kitchen.

Spacious family reunion spot

The house was more spacious, and the property more welcoming than expected. The only hiccup was that I booked on VRBO with one explanation of cancellation and change policy, and after booking got emails from the property management company with different details on policy. This was still when spikes in Covid were looming, so when I called to figure out what the actual policy was it was not a pleasant conversation. She insisted that I had to abide by their policy, while I'm pretty sure if it would have come down to it VRBO would have held them to the Policy on the VRBO page where I originally booked. We didn't end up cancelling, but did have to change the dates, and they were actually very accommodating when that happened. When we finally did get to stay at the property, we were very pleased. The house was such a comfortable place for our small family reunion. Everyone had places to escape to for games, movies, outdoor relaxing and we found everything we needed in the kitchen for cooking. Plus the location near the beach and town we're great as well.

Eagles, Heron & Snow Geese, oh my!

Perfect size & layout for our family of 9. We had places to be together & places of solitude. We played games, pool & watched movies together. Unfortunately the hot tub was not part of the fun. No matter how many packets of chemicals we put in, it still looked like sludge & smelled like an old locker room. The house seemed very clean upon entering, but then we noticed areas that you don’t clean often, but still need to be cleaned occasionally like the ceiling fan blades, vent covers & under the kitchen cabinets. Also the fake greenery, plants & flower arrangements were covered in dust. However the microwave was very clean & there were plenty of appliances.

Lake House holiday celebration

Wonderful experience for all. We had our annual "Thanksmas" celebration for the family, 13 stayed at the house, 7 stayed at a nearby RV park with cabins. There was plenty of room for our huge dinner and celebration, and we're already looking at staying here again this summer. Beautiful setting, everything we needed for a fantastic trip!

Great place for a multi-generational stay

Our family of ten stayed here for four nights and had the best time. The house is incredibly well-stocked with essentials (coffee makers, towels, etc) and there were entertainment options galore (hot tub, pool table, movie room, X-box). The owners were lovely and very helpful. We highly recommend a stay here.
