Fine to sleep inside on pet bedding, please don’t leave them inside the home unattended whilst out.

🍴 Empty dishwasher

🔥 Clean BBQ after use
💲 $100 fee if left unclean

🚮 Remove excess rubbish (fees apply if exceeded)

🧹 Leave the property clean and tidy
💲 Extra cleaning fees may apply if not followed

🛋️ Return furniture to original position

🚭 STRICT POLICIES

🚫 No illicit drugs on the property
🚫 No intoxicated or disruptive guests allowed

🔧 Guests must allow access for repairs/maintenance when required

📦 Lost property: If any items are left behind, we are happy to arrange their return. Please note this will incur a $30 administration fee, in addition to the postage cost.
