Kick back and relax in this family friendly stylish home. On a quiet street, this stunning home is perfectly located with a 2-minute drive/ 10-minute walk to the central Ocean Grove Shops and Cafes. Featuring 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sprawling open living space, it is perfect for couples and families wanting a stylish family friendly experience. Modernly equipped with dishwasher, air conditioner, back deck and enclosed backyard with firepit.

PARKING: Free parking on site with space for 1 vehicle in the undercover carport, 2 vehicles in the driveway and on street parking on the nature strip.

ENTRY: Contactless check in! Access via on site lockbox, code will be provided 24 hours before check in.

WIFI: Complimentary, password will be provided at check in.

HEATING & COOLING: The property features central heating and cooling with ceiling fan and electric heater in the loungeroom and stunning firepit in the back yard.

LOCATION: Located an easy distance from local amenities, this lovely property is a 2-minute drive to the central Ocean Grove shopping strip that features Coles, Cafes, Fish and Chips, Ice cream Shop and many local retail outlets. The property is also a 100m walk to the nearest playground (Cuthbertson Drive Playground). In surrounding areas, you will find easy access to the whole of Ocean Grove, Barwon heads and the Bellarine Peninsula.

TRANSPORT: The property is located in a convenient area, parking vehicles in the driveway is easy, with easy walking distance to local shops and beaches. Bus route located a street over on Presidents Ave, Uber is also available in this area.

KICTHEN: Featuring fridge, oven, microwave, dishwasher, selection of coffee, tea and sugar and basic condiments. Pod coffee machine, with pods provided.

LOUNGE: A spacious and beautifully decorated living space with 3-seater couch, 2 armchairs, 1 bean bag. Large smart TV with apps for guests to log into their own accounts. Ceiling fan and electric heater. A study space with a desk and desk chair.

OUTDOORS: A private and undercover deck space with outdoor furniture with 6-person dining table, 2 bar stools and a gas bottle BBQ. Overhead festoon lighting. In the yard guests will find a clothesline, relaxing lawn chair and a firepit with seating. We do supply some firewood, but guests are asked to bring their own if they are planning to use firepit excessively.

EXTRAS: All towels, linen, shampoo, conditioner and coffee and tea facilities are provided for your stay!

BATHROOM CONFIGURATION:

BATHROOM 1 (Full) - Off main hallway. Featuring a toilet, shower and bath combo with spacious counter space and basin.

BATHROOM 2 (Full) – Off bedroom 1. Shower, basin, toilet.

LAUNDRY: (Off the kitchen) Washing machine, drying rack and washing powder provided. Some beach equipment supplied with cleaning supplies.

PETS: This property is not pet friendly.

MISC: Strictly No Smoking, Parties, Schoolies, Hens or Bucks. Quiet times are 10:00PM to 8:00AM.

Other mature special occasions upon enquiry- which must not exceed the homes sleeping capacity.

GENERAL: All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understood, and agree to abide, and be bound, by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules. Please treat our home as if it were your own. Please be respectful to our lovely neighbors.
Strictly NO smoking at this property. Our home is NOT suitable for Schoolies, hens or bucks parties.

You must be over the age to 25 to make reservation at our property.

Please follow parking guidelines where provided.

CHECK IN/ OUT: Check-in time is not before 2pm on the arrival date and check out time is not later than 10am on departure date. Late departure is subject to prior arrangement/availability and extra charges will apply. Failure to check out at the agreed time will incur a fee of $110 per hour.

Check in and check out, contactless check in will be provided with key safe codes. Keys must be returned to the key safe upon checking out. If the keys are not placed back in the lock box a management fee will apply for us to allow housekeeping staff access to the property and if required replacement of keys.

THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT ACCEPT PETS.

UNAVAILABLITY: If the property becomes unavailable for your occupancy due to unforeseen circumstances (eg. fire, storm, damage, etc) then we will inform you immediately and endeavour to obtain suitable alternative accommodation for your stay, if we are unable to do so, all money paid will be refunded in full. Host on the coast will not be liable for additional accommodation costs in the event of these unforseen unavoidable circumstances.

PARTIES & FUNCTIONS: Parties are strictly prohibited.
Breach of this will result in immediate eviction without refund and extra charges will apply for any additional, cleaning, garbage removal, repairs which may ocurr. We have the right to evict any guest during their stay if WE deem them to be in breach of the house rules. THIS PROPERTY IS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES.
There should be no disturbance to neighbors at anytime during your stay.

LINEN AND TOWELS: We supply all bed linen and towels. They must be left where supplied in the bedrooms or bathroom on departure. Further linen may be hired upon request prior to arrival. Properties with pools will include pool towels for your stay. Any damage or stains requiring additional laundering or replacement of linen will incur a charge or replacement fee. Stays longer than 1 week may request a housekeeping service for cleaning and/or linen servicing charged at a fee. Stays longer than 2 weeks will incur a mandatory housekeeping service for an additional fee-please check what this is before booking. Failure to accept this after check in will be seen as a breach of the house rules and may result in termination of your booking without refund.

YOUR OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES: You are responsible for damage, breakages, theft and loss of the property and any part of it during your stay. You must notify us of this immediately if damages occur. We may recover from you repair or replacement costs.

Occupancy must not exceed the agreed number booked for or the maximum listed as occupancy in the house description. Disturbance to our neighbors, including excessive noise at anytime (day or night), is prohibited and may result in termination and eviction without refund and extra charges may be made for security and other expenses. Noise should not be heard from outside the property after 10pm.

Call outs: Lost keys/lock outs will incur a $100 call out fee for management to provide access plus the cost of replacement keys if required.

Upon departure, all food must be removed from fridges, all rubbish put in the appropriate council rubbish bins provided, crockery and cutlery washed and packed away, dishwasher emptied. If there is a BBQ onsite, it must be cleaned after use, failure will incur a $100 fee. You are responsible for removing any excess rubbish that does not fit in the outside bins. Excess rubbish charges will apply for any rubbish that is left behind (exceeds rubbish bin capacity). The Property must be left in a clean and tidy condition. Extra cleaning charges will be incurred for the cleaning (but not limited to) of dirty dishes, dishwasher emptying, emptying the fridge, removal of excessive rubbish and so forth. All furniture and furnishings must be left in the position they were in when you arrived. Smoking is not permitted in the Property. A $400 fee will be applied to any property found to have been smoked in. No illicit drugs to be brought onto the property or persons under the influence to be allowed onto the property. You must allow repair/service access to the property during reasonable hours. Host on the Coast is not liable for any damage or loss of property during your stay.

Pleasant stay at refurbished beach house.

Pleasant stay at recently refurbished beach house. Calm and open living space. Master and ensuite are very well presented. Big garden for kids to play in. Short drive to shops and beach. Would be happy to stay again.

Charming stay

Our stay was super. Whoever designed the interior has a great eye. Cool sofas and chairs with throws we could use if we were a bit cold, Card and board games. A desk with pens and paper. Fabulous books to sift through, warm lighting, a brilliantly stocked kitchen with every appliance/crockery you need, a great view from the kitchen, a lovely little fire starter welcome pack, indoor and outdoor seating areas. The location was good and we especially liked walking around the blue lake which was just around the corner. Loved our stay. Would definitely come back.
