Carefully furnished and decorated, every detail has been considered to instil a sense of tranquillity from the moment you enter through the front door. With four bedrooms, sleeping up to 10 people, two bathrooms including a bath and two living spaces!

Spacious Bedrooms: Each of the four bedrooms is tastefully decorated and furnished for your comfort. With plush bedding and ample storage, you'll have a peaceful night's sleep.

Master Bedroom: Unwind in the luxurious master suite featuring a cosy queen-size bed and a private ensuite for added convenience.
Bedroom 2: Perfect for the kids, this room boasts a playful single bunk bed arrangement, providing a fun and comfortable space with wardrobe space.
Bedroom 3: Ideal for friends or additional family members, with two single bunk beds ensuring a good night's sleep for all also includes wardrobe space.
Bedroom 4: With queen-size bed, offering a peaceful haven for a restful night.

Living Spaces:
Experience the ultimate in relaxation with not one, but two living areas! The first living area is a cosy spot for movie nights with friends and family or unwinding in front of the TV. Enjoy the added comfort of reverse cycle air conditioning and evaporative cooling to ensure the perfect temperature year-round. The second living area is a quiet retreat, for a kid zone with loads of board games, a second dining table perfect for doing jigsaws and another TV. Or just curl up with a good book!

Kitchen:
Prepare delicious meals in the fully-equipped kitchen, complete with modern appliances and ample counter space. The dining area is perfect for enjoying meals together.

Take a break and get some sun in Ocean Grove, a popular surf town surrounded by renowned wineries, pristine beaches and golf courses. Hit the ocean waves, build a sandcastle with the kids or use the town as a base to explore countless attractions across the region. Ocean Grove also has the largest shopping centre on the peninsula.

Explore the unbroken stretch of sand that reaches out to the mouth of the Barwon River. Wander along the beautiful shoreline at Ocean Grove Main Beach or sign up for surfing and bodyboarding lessons. For a slow, relaxing afternoon, take a stroll in the flourishing nature reserve or pick up local art pieces and gourmet produce in the vibrant shopping district.

Refuel after a big day out on the water with a bite at one of the town's popular eateries, burger joints or cafes. Getting Around:
Navigating Ocean Grove is a breeze for our guests. It's a smooth 1-hour and 15-minute drive from Melbourne. For those arriving from afar, consider the stress-free option of catching a direct train from Melbourne to Geelong Station – a journey of approximately 1 hour, and 35 minute taxis to the property.

Additionally, explore the coastal charm by hopping on a ferry from Portarlington Pier, connecting you to nearby gems along the breathtaking Bellarine Peninsula. Discover the ease of getting around and immersing yourself in the beauty of Ocean Grove.

Other Things to Note:
-This is a strictly non-smoking property, inside, outside and in common areas.
-Mandatory fortnightly general house clean of AUD$300 for bookings over 14 days.
-Accidental lock out or failure to return keys at exit $175
-Any bookings two months plus incurs an extra clean fee of $300
