    Make yourself at home in this beautiful family haven in a very quiet court. This luxurious home sleeps 8, with 4 generous size bedrooms including walk-in robes or closets, a solar-heated outdoor swimming pool, 2 bathrooms with large showers and one large bath, full laundry featuring Miele appliances, free unlimited Wi-Fi, and smart TV with Netflix, Stan, Disney and Prime video in two separate lounge rooms. This home will become your oasis to relax, unwind and enjoy.

    This house is cosy and warm in the winter, with thermostat-controlled hydronic heating throughout and a built-in gas log fireplace in the downstairs loungeroom. This house is naturally very cool in summer, with concrete floors downstairs and air conditioning in the upstairs lounge room with ceiling fans in each bedroom.

    It's a short 10-minute flat walk to the main street, where you'll find all the conveniences you need with an array of boutique shops, restaurants, parks and cafes and a 2-minute drive to the beach, with many beaches and river options to explore. Adventure Park and a plethora of incredible Bellarine Peninsula wineries are all within 10 a minute's drive.

    - Bedroom 2 with double bed, wardrobe, and ceiling fan.
    - Formal lounge with gas log fireplace, smart tv and relaxing leather lounges.
    - Fully equipped large kitchen, with Siemens oven and gas cooktop, which will impress the most discerning cook.
    - Bathroom with shower, bath, and separate toilet.
    - Separate laundry, including Miele dryer and front load washing machine.

    OUTSIDE DINING
    Built-in BBQ area with outdoor fridge overlooking the swimming pool. The pool features multi-coloured lights at night, which creates a fun family atmosphere. The grassed backyard is secure for the kids to play safely.

    1ST FLOOR
    - Bedroom 3 with queen bed, walk-in robe, and ceiling fan.
    - Bedroom 4 double bed, walk-in robe, and ceiling fan.
    - Bathroom with shower and separate toilet.
    - Air conditioning in the upstairs lounge room, smart tv and King Living leather lounge, which can be an optional extra bedroom.

    We have a preference to rent our home to families.
    This house is not suitable for schoolies.

    Parking space for four cars & additional parking on the nature strip.
    Linen/towels provided (except beach towels- BYO).
    Unlimited Wi-Fi.
    We require the full name and driver's licence details of each adult staying in the house.

Great house for family holiday, beautiful pool.

Great place for a family catch up, pool really welcome on such a hot day. Beautiful outdoor area with huge table, bbq & outdoor fridge. Lovely grassed area for the children.

The house is stunning, I could seriously live there!! The layout was perfect for us, 5 teens upstairs and 2 adults downstairs. The property was lovely and clean, could not fault it at all. Location was close to everything. Host was great with communication and allowed us to check in earlier. Would go back again.

Gorgeous House

Very clean, kitchen has everything you need to cook up a storm (except a coffee machine). Outdoor area lovely with a fantastic under cover bbq and eating area. Worked well for 4 couples, not often you find a property with 4 double rooms. Extra bonus, the beds are really comfortable!

Lovely house

Great stay, lots of space incl plenty of wardrobe space. The hosts were super accommodating. While there is only Aircon upstairs, the house remains pretty cool so it's not a huge issue.the pool is pretty small but very deep in the middle so worked well for our kids. Would very happily book again

Great for families

My family and I had a wonderful getaway here. The house was an amazing space, with great amenities and well maintained, it was honestly everything we could hope for and more. Helen was gracious, a prompt and efficient communicator; even in the evening (sorry and thank you!). We'd definitely be back for another getaway in the future. Thank you!

A prefect beach vacation

Whole process was an enjoyable one from booking to checking out. Property was exactly if not better than it is listed with large sitting areas and all clean facilities. The host is lovely and prioritised our stay and was very helpful whenever contacted. Overall very enjoyable experience with a beautiful property with close access to all essential places such as Woolworths, Coles, McDonald’s, KFC and a 5 minute drive to the beach. Would love to stay at this property again :)

Blissful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed staying at this beautiful property so close to ocean grove town center.The house is luxurious with a great vibe and has everything you need for a fantastic stay. We enjoyed the pool and sitting outside on the wonderful deck. Watching the sunset from the balcony, relaxing in the Egg chairs. We’ll definitely be back. Highly recommend.

This property was excellent. We (family of adults) spent 2-weeks enjoying the property which has a very inviting outdoor space and pool which was used by all. Quite neighbourhood. Property was exactly as described in pictures. Thank you so much for sharing this property.

One word.....'Excellent!'

Great house.....super clean, excellent layout, room for everyone! Fantastic outdoor area which includes a beautiful pool which was used by all! Small touches such as chocolates and milk in the fridge when we arrived, to plenty of Toilet paper and Toiletries in the shower to use just add to the comfort of the stay. Helen is also super attentive! Probably the best house I have stayed at and there have been a few!

Beautiful, spacious, homely and very relaxing.

Property was very relaxing...beautiful and warm. Every thing you could need or use in a kitchen for a large group. Had a beautiful catch up time with family. Great BBQ area, lots of under cover area. Our only problem was, A crow stole a steak, off the BBQ., which gave us all a good laugh.. many thanks Maree,Rodney and Family....

great property

me and a group of my friends, booked this house for a short trip away. as we arrived there was music playing and lights on. the rooms were very spacious and looked like the pictures online. there was heaps of space and room for us to enjoy. we all enjoyed the pool. the kicthen was well equipped and had everything we needed. the house was in a quiet location and a short easy walk down to the town. and close to different bus stops so made the surrounding town very accessible. would highly recommend this house for a stay!! helen was very helpful with our questions.

Welcome to Playpus Court, Ocean Grove

The house was lovely and resembled the photos in every way. Two families stayed on the property and the layout ensured that each family had privacy and their own space, bedrooms and bathroom. The house was very well equipped with crockery, serving platters and cutlery. When the family arrived the lights and heating were on and gentle music was playing which was a nice touch and a warm welcome. The only issue I have is that I could not control the weather as the pool was cold for the children. However, that is Melbourne weather and there is little any of us can do about it. Notwithstanding not being able to swim in the pool, both families reported that they had a wonderfully relaxing time and they were very impressed with the accommodation. Thank you for making everyone feel at home.
