"I booked this location based on its amenities. Prior to arriving I was informed that there was construction that could create noise. I was fine with the “noise”.
I was shocked that there was no fitness center (1st image), no community room-no billiards table, ping-ping, Shuffle board..nothing except clutter from mattresses and construction material. The lobby is an old picture. There is an antique car featured on a stage blocking the gorgeous stair case. $15/nt for covered parking except that...

"La verdad que eso fue lo mas caro que he pagado en toda mi vida en hoteles eso no vale la pena el precio tan caro todo viejo y sucio le regaderas como los lavaplatos lo microhondas todos oxidados el aire acondicionado de ventana caliente nada que helaba y un ruido de esas cosas que no funcionaban definitivamente en lo personal no lo recomiendo."

"The hotel had been renovated recently but the room I was in had not been updated. The bathroom had a very old sink and toilet and the towel holder was rusty. The bed was comfortable, the air conditioner worked, and there was a mini-fridge. The lobby area was clean and the staff was very friendly. There is an extra fee to pay for their parking lot and it's a little difficult to navigate the lot but as parking in the area is very limited, it's necessary to deal with."

"The staff was very friendly, the apartment was very clean, I love that pets are welcome and the beach and boardwalk are less than 2 minutes walk. EXCELLENT!"
