Unwind in the 3br/2ba cabin by Herring Creek

3 bedrooms. Master BR has 1 queen bed, AC/Heat w/remote, and full bath w/shower. Master BR is located off of the living room area. The other 2 bedrooms are down the hallway off from the kitchen area. One BR has a set of full/full size bunk beds and another AC/Heat w/remote. The 3rd BR is the smallest, but has 1 Queen size bed w/AC unit w/remote control. There is one 46" flat screen TV located in the living room, that is also where the full size sleeper sofa is located, along w/coffee table, 2 end tables, and 2 chairs. The Living area has another AC/Heat unit w/remote as well. Between the kitchen & living room, there is a dining room table that can seat 6 ppl, but could probably fit 1 or 2 more chairs. The kitchen has full size fridge, basic dishes, silverware, cookware, pots & pans, & baking pan. There is also a toaster, microwave, regular 10 cup coffee pot.

Next....Outside of the entrance door, is a screened porch w/3 rocking chairs. Right off from the front porch is where your 3 parking spots, fire pit, 2 picnic tables & BBQ grill are located and are for your private use only. There is a shared seasonal outdoor pool w/lounge chairs. We also have a shared children's play area, basketball net, volleyball net (you can sign out balls at the office). There is also a private dock and pier on the property, that is shared with other cabin/motel guests, for you to use if you wanted to do a little relaxing by the water, fishing, or crabbing. Shuttle service to OC available on site from Memorial Day - Labor Day. Kayak rentals on-site via FIN App for smart phones (seasonally).

PLEASE NOTE>>>>> because of the location, the WIFI signal is very weak INSIDE of this unit. It will drop off constantly and is not strong enough to stream, etc. There is however, good WIFI signal in the public areas outside of the cabin in most areas around the unit. So if having WIFI INSIDE THE CABIN, is of utmost importance to you, Please DO NOT RESERVE THIS CABIN! I WILL NOT DISCOUNT OR REFUND DUE TO THIS ISSUE. WE do have XFINITY Cable connected to the 46" flat screen TV in the living room, so their are plenty of things to watch while staying in the cabin!!
