Just a short stroll from the Boardwalk is Parrot Bay Townhouse 30, a charming 3 Bedroom/2.5 Bath Beach Home comfortably sleeping up to 8 adults and 2 children. Upon entering, it will instantly bring back memories of Ocean City days long ago. You will love the bright, Beachy Decor and layout of the 1st floor Living Room, Dining Area, and Kitchen - make the most of quality time while relaxing in the Air Conditioning, all while never feeling crowded on the 2 sofas that double as Sleeper Sofas. After a day at the Beach, you’re sure to appreciate the Free WiFi, watching a movie or enjoying a family game night together, this home offers the perfect space to make memories year after year. Even better, Parrot Bay allows you to avoid the weekend traffic by offering completely flexible reservations. Book any trip you like with a 3 night minimum stay.

On the 2nd level you will find the Primary Bedroom, which comfortably sleeps 2 in a cozy King Bed. This Bedroom also has an Attached Bath with Walk-in Shower. Just down the hall, you will find Bedrooms 2 and 3, each sleeping 2 in a plush Queen Bed. The 2nd Bath is perfectly placed in the hall convenient to both Bedrooms 2 and 3.

Parrot Bay is home to a private community Outdoor Seasonal Pool and just a few short blocks from the beach and Ocean City’s famous Boardwalk, with a wide variety of dining, shopping, and amusements for all ages, so park the car and leave your worries behind. While you are calling Parrot Bay home, the only thing to do is enjoy the magical times to be had with the ones you love most!!

Great location, but VERY worn out

We chose this listing 100% for its location - within a 10-15 minute walk from a music festival on the boardwalk. Think a worn beach townhouse meets your college apartment… I think almost every single room had walls with huge patched spots that no one bothered to paint. Bare bones furniture and kitchen supplies. But it was pretty clean and the property managers were responsive.

Granddaughters Beach Trip

Location was great, for the price they charged you was way too much for what the place was like inside. The showers are so small, you can’t even hardly turn around, couldn’t adjust shower head. Bathroom sink in half bath chalking is bad and needs fixed. The living room floor when we arrived was sandy and gritty. Pictures of place where deceiving. The pool was nice The best part of it was location. Not sure I will return to Parrots Cove agai. Needs to be updated as talking to other people who stayed there while I was there said the same thing. .
