North Ocean City Gem on the Bay side with Pool View just a few walking blocks to the Beach! Don't miss out on this 2 Bedroom, 2 Bath Beach Chic Condo located in desirable Caine Woods. This 2nd floor walk-up condo offers a large private balcony with a spectacular view of the pool, fully equipped modern kitchen, and spacious enough for your family of 4 to enjoy all the amenities of home plus additional amenities to include: tennis courts, large outdoor pool, well maintained grounds & 2 parking spots. You have the Best of Both worlds, bay on one side and beach on the other side, and both within walking distance. The master bedroom features a king bed and private bath with stand up shower. The 2nd Bedroom features 2- twin beds. Conveniently located to miniature Golf, shops, & restaurants. This condo rents Saturday to Saturday in season and any 3 nights in the off season.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. Washer and dryer in condo for your convenience.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

I wish the property had more electrical outlets. Also there was no blanket nor were there any pillows on the king size bed.

Stay during 2024 bike week

Unit was well maintained and inviting with the decor. Pool was large and clean. Neighborhood was nice and quiet after a day on the boardwalk. Overall, nice unit with easy check in and out.

Great fun beach vacation

Our host was excellent but having to drive 20 - 25 minutes past the condo to check in & check out was slightly inconvenient. Beautiful condo on the 2nd floor... Steps were a little rough for us but a deal breaker by no means... Pool was right out the back with an overlooking deck. Would definitely recommend this host and condo !!!!

Great stay

Check in was easy, property was easy to locate. Love the location, short drive to beach or easy walk for adults. Oc strip close by, but location is also fairly short frive to Delaware beaches as well. Pool right outsode your door. House was clean

Bay Side Peace and Quiet

Perfect location to both the beach and shopping/restaurants. Loved that the condo was in an established quiet neighborhood. Huge pool. Lots of people used the pool but it was never crowded. Just the right size condo for 3 adults and 2 children. Will stay here again.

Only Issue was Checkin and dropping off keys

Property Was Perfect, no issues at all with the property just wished when checking in you didnt have to drive a few miles to a different location to pick up a code to access unit and prior to leaving unit you have to drop off keys as well. Both an inconvenience. Everything was perfect just that I think you can avoid having to go to a different location to pick up access code and pool key.

Very clean/accurate pictures

The unit is super clean and updated. Very very nice. Great location in relation to the pool. A bit of a walk to the beach and no access to the bay. Nice and quiet neighborhood. Great for biking. Only complaint was the master bedroom bed was probably the most uncomfortable bed we have ever slept in. It had a very thick super soft foam topper that somehow had a mound in the middle, makes you kinda roll to the edges of the bed. Overall great place.

Clean, quiet, great for family

Overall a great stay at this property which was clean, quiet, and within easy walking distance to the beach, Lost Treasure mini golf, Electric Quarter Arcade and lots more. Our kids also enjoyed the pool (no lifeguard). Next time we'd love to see blackout curtains in the kids' bedroom and sharp knives in the kitchen!
