Fenwick Inn
Close to beach there's a restaurant on the 8th floor. If you have a pet room they will not provide housekeeping breakfast a little crazy

There was weed smell in the hallways, $10 parking, but no way to tell if just anyone off the street was parking there, a big van taking up 2 spots while the parking was very tight. Everything was there for a stay in a hotel suite stocked with a kitchen. The room is played out in such a manner that the balcony is attached to the master bedroom.
