Gorgeous self-contained cottage with ocean views, 3 bedrooms, pet friendly & outdoor spa. Pamper yourself in the therapy room, infra- red sauna and massage table to book in a mobile massage appointment during your stay.

Open plan living area with slow combustion fire & reverse cycle aircon, opening out through French doors onto a rear deck with water views.
Cook a BBQ on the back deck or enjoy the spa while your kids and dog play in the large secure back yard.

Free Wi-Fi with 3 x Smart TV's in the house (Lounge, Master bedroom & Queen bedroom).

2 bathrooms, both with a bath.

Close to the Bibbulmun Track forest walks, Monkey Rock hike, Wilson Inlet, Ocean Beach and Lights Beach and approx. only 8 minutes drive from town.

* Strictly no Leavers/Schoolies bookings

Minimum stay is 3 nights standard periods and 5-7 nights in peak, school holiday periods.

Well behaved dogs are welcome & booking this property is automatic acceptance of the following Pet Policy.

PET POLICY:
Pet Fee of $80 per stay.
Maximum 2 dogs (not cats or puppies).
• Fully house-trained dogs only inside the property.
• No dogs on beds or furniture at any time.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum—excessive barking/howling is not permitted.
• Pets must not be left unsupervised inside at any time.
• Guests must bring their own pet bedding & food bowls.
• All pet waste must be cleaned up and disposed of in a sanitary manner. Extra fees apply if waste left.
• Guests are responsible for any pet-related damage, inside or outside the property

BOOKING RESTRICTIONS:
To allow our hard-working Cleaning team to spend time with their own families we have the following:

Check-in Thursday immediately prior to Good Friday (or before) through to Easter Monday (or later).
CHRISTMAS:
Check-in 22nd December (or before) through to 27th December (or later).

Perfect place to stay and enjoy the many attractions of Denmark and surrounding area. The house is well set up with everything you need. Easy to find, check in and lovely and clean. We have stayed here twice and both times loved it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Seachelles Cottage. It is in a perfect location with beautiful views from the lounge room and both front and back decks. Great birdlife in the garden. The home is very comfortable and is well stocked with all amenities. The spa bath on the deck is lovely and the beds are comfortable. There are many different spaces within the home to relax. Our dog really loved it. It is securely fenced to keep pets safe. We will definitely be back.

Great location just out of town, quiet street with a sea view, constant visits by a variety of birds, impeccably clean and well appointed. We loved staying at this property, it was pretty and spacious and so welcoming, it felt like friends had set it up just for us. Highly recommend Seashelles to those who wish to chill out in the Denmark area, it has everything you need and more to enjoy your holiday, including a great yard for your dog. We loved it!

Located in a pretty and quiet subdivision south of town. A short drive to many beautiful natural playgrounds….Lights Beach, Bibbulman Track…and convenient to wineries. The house is lovely and well appointed. Bedrooms were so pretty and beds comfy. The grassed garden is great for dogs and kids alike. Highly recommend.

This is a cosy and well furnished holiday home. Conveniently situated in a quiet neighbourhood, close to beaches, shops and forest walks. Super pet friendly with fully enclosed garden. Entire property was way better than expected.

I had the best time, Denmark is beautiful and this perfect spot a few minutes out of town was a great place for a relaxing getaway. Everything was easy, clean and lovely. Cant wait to come back

We love the view of the ocean. It is half an hour cycle into town with a continuous off road cycle path. Initially we thought the house was situated in Denmark town as we wanted the ease of walking into town. However, it was so comfortable all we wanted to do was lounge around and relax and look at the view. We loved the well-designed decor; fully equipped kitchen and large garden encircling the house: great for our pooch!
