"Dejlig studio Appartement. Med fint udstyr til at lave mad. Værten var meget venlig og viste os til rette. Der var også øl og mineralvand på værelset. Stedet var helt nyt og fint."

"Sehr abschreckendes äußeres Erscheinungsbild. Viele Monteure etc. sitzen mit Alkohol rauchend um das Gebäude an den Eingängen. Zimmer war nur mit größter Mühe zu finden, da die Beschriftung nicht vorhanden war. (Beschriftung geht bis 120 und Zimmernr. war höher).
Das Zimmer an sich war total in Ordnung und sauber, das Bad modern."

"Eigentlich ein gutes Angebot. Aber leider war das Waschbecken an der Kante beschädigt, im Bad fanden wir tote Insekten, es gab keine Handtuchhalter. Schön wäre auch ein kleiner Kühlschrank, gerade im Sommer. Grundsätzlich geht das Einchecken einfach, aber die Anleitung zum Öffnen der Zimmertüre ist m.E. unklar. Schade, das Konzept ist gut, aber es fehlt halt doch "das Auge des Herrn"."

"I stayed here for three nights and absolutely loved it. This was by far the best accommodation of my entire trip.
Rioca is amazing! From the moment I arrived, I felt right at home. The room is beautifully designed, comfortable, and incredibly functional. Every inch of the space is thoughtfully planned, making excellent use of the layout. It has everything I needed—a lovely bathroom, nice kitchen with little dining table, a great shower and a very comfortable bed.

"Wir benötigten die Ferienwohnung nur für 2 Nächte, welche wir in sehr bequemen Betten verbrachten, es gibt reichlich Platz in der Wohnung, die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet, das Bad mit Waschmaschine ist Topes gibt ausreichend Stauraum in Schränken, Parkplätze sind reichlich vorhandendie Vermieterin ist sehr nett und die Organisation Ankunft und Abreise war unkompliziert,wir waren rundum zufrieden"
