Everything it’s nice. The apartment is well kept and clean. An observation though; it will help if dark shades are placed in the windows. Pet friendly and beautiful Rotary Park within a 5-10 minute drive. Washer and dryer available. Loving room and master bedroom has carpet. Bathroom may need a little work done but are decent. Has a gated fence. Neighbors are quiet and go about their day.
