Newly constructed 2 BR / 2 Bath Condo in Oakland

Relax in our beautiful, newly constructed condo. In addition to a king bed in each bedroom, there is a queen sofa bed in the living room. Each room has a Roku TV. There is a patio and a washer and dryer in unit. The kitchen is fully equipped, each bedroom has a safe lockbox and towels and extra sheets are in unit. Ample free street parking available.

Please note that this unit is on the 3rd floor with no elevator. No parties allowed. No smoking allowed.

This property is equipped with a device that monitors noise levels (but does not record sound) and notifies the host if it gets too loud. This property has a surveillance camera outside of the home for security purposes only. There are no surveillance cameras inside of the home.

Great place

I got the place for family visiting from Houston and India. They were very comfortable. Heating system worked great. The kitchen was nice and spacious. Street parking was easy. Will definitely book again in the future.

Comfortable and sophisticated

We had a lovely stay in this apartment! Beautifully appointed, with excellent instructions for upkeep. A few short flights of stairs are required to navigate. We loved our time here and my teenager was particularly enthusiastic about the local bakery and taco places a short walk away.

A real East Bay gem!

What a perfect, safe and secure spot for a couple friends to use as a base of operations as we had fun in the East Bay! We just didn't go wrong renting this great space, and the owner was so kind, communicative and wonderful!

Weekend Away

The property was overall fantastic! The higher ceilings gave the space a large open feeling which our family enjoyed. Only thing was the property was a little too hot. There is no AC, but if you open the windows and have the fans running it is manageable. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Quiet, light-filled condo in Oakland

Beautiful apartment that was surprisingly quiet. We found street parking easily and grabbed delicious breakfast at Arizmendi and cocktails at Wolfhound - all within walking distance. The location made it easy for us to get to a local music festival and meet with friends for a local hike in the hills. Would definitely stay here again!

Almost great, minor issues

We enjoyed the property, however there are a few issues that need to be corrected. The bedrooms had one bed stand. One. So, only one person can have a place for their stuff. Minor but annoying. The only bedroom light switch is on the wall near the door. So, you turn off the light and you grope around to find the bed. No reading lamps next to the bed. The mattresses in both bedrooms were very soft. Some like that, not us. Beautiful master bathroom. Great shower stall. But, watch out at night because there are 3 stair steps down to the kitchen. If unfamiliar or you have a small child, someone could tumble. The kitchen was fine and modern. The living room was small but adequate for 4 adults, we had 5, so it was cramped. Sleeper sofa was good. But the unit requires climbing a set of outdoor stairs and then another set to reach the unit. For some reason, the thermostat is located at the bottom of the interior stairs so it can’t read the warmer temps upstairs in the living area. So, the unit was very warm. Parking was no problem on the street. Over all, it was fine, but some items need to be more user friendly.

Nice place to stay!

This property is exactly as described and was perfect for what we needed. It was exceptionally clean and incredibly well supplied, extra linens and pillows and a really well organized kitchen. Ida was great at getting back to me, but I would have liked all the check-in info a little sooner. We got all the details the morning of as promised with the exception of the code for the front door which came after me reaching out about 30 min prior to check-in. It just made me panic a little. But otherwise everything was great and Ida was quick in her replies and really kind and helpful. Overall, it is a nice place to stay!

Great Space, Easy Access to the Bay area and Location!

Ida was a great host. The property was spacious and very accomodating for my family to visit. Our commute to/from the San Franciso Bay area was easily accessible. Parking was never an issue when we returned in the evenings and it was safe. Looking forward to returning and staying again at the property.
