Fabulously located on the oceanfront of W. Beach Drive, this clean (3BR/2BA - BR1:1K, BR2:1Q, BR3:1F) will become your own family vacation Oasis! Plenty of privacy along with your own deck & gazebo to breathe, smell and taste the salt air while surveying the beach line and ocean horizon. Before heading out to the deck & gazebo area, you step through a comfy sunroom sitting area surrounded by hurricane rated open windows to enjoy the ocean views from inside. An upgraded kitchen with granite tops and elegant cabinetry also offers views while making coffee in the AM or steaming shrimp in the evening. This cottage is adorned by nostalgic knotty pine ceilings with painted beams offering both a traditional and contemporary feel. Lots of room for the family to congregate, play games, watch TV or just chill out and sure thing for everyone to enjoy. Central H & A, fully equipped kitchen, dishwasher and stainless appliances, washer/dryer, master bedroom with private bath, outside shower, and satellite TV. Linens included. 7 day only rental. No smoking, No pets. Check-In: 3-5PM, Check-Out: 10:00AM.

Fall vacation

Very nice house. Clean. The only issue was the WiFi was not reliable. So if you work remotely this will not work for you. It was spotty at best. It would also be nice if the rental company left a few essentials in a welcome bag, like pods for dishwasher, washer and a sponge. It would also be better if the linens included dish towels. We traveled from CA so are limited in what we could bring. The deck is great. View is perfect with easy beach access. A fun time!

Nice location

This property is on the quieter side of the island which we enjoyed! It is located directly on the beach, however one needs to walk down one house on the left to access the beach. This wasn’t difficult, but make sure you wear shoes as the sand gets very hot. The house needs repairs to the outside, but we really didn’t care. The interior was exactly as the pictures showed. The kitchen was fully stocked and very modern. There are 3 bedrooms; the master has an attached bathroom, the room with the queen bed also had an attached bath, the room with the double does not have any access to a bathroom. There is also a stackable washer and dryer in the room with the double bed. The only negative about our stay was that the house was not up to our cleaning standards. There was a lot of sand on the floors, the furniture and range hood was covered in dust, and the tv in the living room looked as if a child put their sticky hands all over it. Overall we enjoyed our stay not sure if we would return to this house.
