Only one week left - July 12-19 (Sat-Sat). This spacious, well-decorated home is located in Meadow View Farms, Oak Bluffs - a quiet neighborhood of gracious custom homes. The layout is perfect for two families to share. Lovely landscaping enhances the one-acre private wooded setting. The house is fully furnished, exceptionally clean, and well maintained. Rooms include: 4 bedrooms + loft, 2 1/2 baths, a country kitchen, dining room, living room and a large family room.. All bedrooms are on the second floor. There's also a ping-pong table in the basement. State Beach is only five minutes away. 'Peqout Point' overlooking Sengekontacket Pond, can be reached on a peaceful ten-minute walk. The fabulous Farm Neck Golf course is within 1/2 mile. Round-trip ferry tickets for two cars are available leaving Woods Hole for Martha's Vineyard at noon and returning the following Saturday.

Ample Space. Perfect Location.

We had a wonderful stay at this VRBO home. Ample space for a large family gathering, both in & outdoors. Plus its centrally located to all the major town centers, e.g., Oak Bluffs, Edgartown & Vineyard Haven. Mike was a great host who kept in touch at just the right frequency.

Meadow View Farms

We had a great week at this property. Everything was easy from start to finish, and Mike is without a doubt the most prepared and responsive home owner/property manager that we have ever come across. The house is fully stocked with everything someone on vacation could need. The location is great. Nothing feels very far, which isn't always the case on the vineyard. The kids loved playing ping pong table and using the tennis/pickle ball courts. The house is a bit dated, but all of the aforementioned things made up for it. Overall great stay. We'd recommend, especially for families with kids at the age that they want to bring a friend of two along.

Perfect Girls Weekend

I can not say enought good about this property and the owner. Mike was the most kindest and easiest owner i have ever had the pleasure dealng with. The kitchen was fully equipped with everything u would need. Plenty of towels and paper products. Each bedroom featured tvs, fans,and phone charges. As a matter of fact, they were everywhere in the house. So convenient. The house had a beautiful back yard with seating for 5 and was just a quiet place to sit and relax. In the basement we found a ping pong table on our last night and had such a blast. There was nothing we needed that this house did not provide. 5 stars is not enought.

Enchanted Island

Our first time on Martha’s Vineyard. The home I was the perfect size for our party of 8. The location in Oaks Bluff is close to everything. The host was always available to answer questions and is very accommodating.

Our family stayed at Mike's house for a week. We had a wonderful stay from start to finish! Mike was extremely responsive during the planning for the trip and also during the length of our stay. His house literally has everything you need from seasonings to cook with, to beach chairs and other amenities. The house fit our family perfectly. I would highly recommend this home!

"SAWEET"

Wow, where do I begin...after arriving in Oak Bluffs, and cruising through the picturesque Island of Martha's Vineyard. My family and I excitedly turned into the entrance of Meadow View Farms and arrived at 68 Meadow View Road driveway! Oh, what a beautiful homesite with an Open floor plan and a plethora of amenities. The home accommodations were outstanding and exceeded our expectations!

A wonderful home on the vineyard!

Our family (4 adults and 1 child) spent a week at this home. The home was spacious, clean and had all the amenities you could want. Owner was easy to reach and responsive to any questions. The home is located in a quiet neighborhood but close enough to enjoy Oak Bluffs and Vineyard Haven via car. Would highly recommend this property.

The best kept secret on Martha's Vineyard!!!

The Cramer house on MV is fabulous. Mike Cramer was the perfect host. Always available to answer any questions we had prior to our arrival as well as during our stay. It was the best stocked house that we have ever rented. Cooking supplies and paper supplies were in abundance. The house was perfect for our family of 10. It is roomy, with enough space to be by yourself for a quiet read or to gather together for a meal or family game night. The bedrooms are a nice size, and each comes with its own TV. The Wi-Fi is good if you must check emails or do some work. The backyard is spacious and well equipped with grills, lawn chairs and a table. The front porch complete with rocking chairs is great for morning coffee. Oak Bluffs is a 10-minute drive. Edgartown is a little longer depending on traffic. It’s an easy drive to State Beach or South Beach. The house comes with beach towels, chairs, and umbrellas. The house and property were perfect for our family. But what was evident from the moment we stepped through the front door was the care and pride the Cramer's take in their home. It looks and feels like you are walking into your own home and that is part of what makes the Cramer house so special. If you rent it, you won't be sorry.

Wonderful experience

House was very clean. It was stocked with everything we needed. Many dishes, pots, flatware, etc. tv’s In every bedroom, lovely antiques,. Owners communicated well. Ferry tickets supplied. Would rent again.

Relaxing Getaway

We were four adults and four children ages 7-10. House was a perfect size for our group. Very clean, lots of good quality towels as advertised, and we appreciated the beach chairs. Huge bonus to have the option to purchase ferry tickets, which added to the ease of this vacation. The neighborhood is in a good location and is very quiet. We had some minor issues with internet but owner was very responsive and after he reset it, no further issues. Beds were very comfortable.

Peaceful, spacious house in a central location

Lovely home with plenty of space. We just had a party of 3 but would be good for 2 families, with lots of living space and spread out bedrooms. Huge yard on a peaceful tree lined street. Centrally located so easy to get to Oak Bluffs, Edgartown, Vineyard Haven. Walking trails nearby so great for runners. House is very well stocked.

Perfect Fit for 2 Families

We had a wonderful vacation on the Vineyard! The house fit our two families perfectly (4 adults, 4 kids under 10) - it was perfectly clean upon arrival, had two bedrooms (each with 2 twin beds) for the kids, and 2 bedrooms for the adults, all upstairs and all with AC's. The house was spacious and open, with multiple living spaces, so we never felt on top of each other. There were some epic ping pong battles (among the adults) in the basement, movie nights on the large flat-screen, a piano that none of us knew how to play, a large private yard where we grilled/relaxed, and the kids enjoyed daily scooter adventures on their own in the gated community with smoothly-paved streets and minimal traffic. Mike, the owner, was ULTRA responsive (we're talking minutes) to every question we had throughout the process + offered great insight on the area and suggestions on fun things to do. The two-car transpo/ferry tickets were a huge bonus, given how impossible it is to get those (for the needed days & times). Excellent stay; I highly recommend the house and the owners!

Meadow View Farms

Our stay in the Meadow View Farms house was peaceful and relaxing. The house location is close to Oak Bluffs and Major’s Cove. After visiting the island for 30 years, we have never made use of the Cove and it’s a hidden gem where you can find fresh oysters and clams! The house is well provisioned and has everything you would need. Michael was quick to reply to emails and phone calls and very accommodating. The outdoor amenities (grille, deck and seating) were a bit disappointing but otherwise you can’t go wrong staying here.

Perfect spot for family

My family of 6 had a great stay. This property is perfect for families. Well appointed all around - kitchen, beds and baths. Great location as well. 5 minutes to OB, 10 to Vineyard Haven, 10-15 to Edgartown depending on traffic. Homeowner, Mike was very attentive, contacting us almost immediately upon arrival for any last minute info we needed. All around, I couldn’t ask for more. Thanks for the great stay!!

Perfect spot for our family to gather before a hectic and unpredictable Fall! Mike was a great host, responding to questions quickly and helpfully. Plenty of kitchen supplies (dishes, cups, glasses, cookware, etc.). Location was super; able to get to island towns easily, and beautiful walking area to the pond, etc.
