"The stay was great the room was nice. Kickback and breakfast was amazing. The only complaint we had was not getting to use the hot tub bc it was packed with about 20 KIDS. They were in and out splashing and jumping which was very frustrating. We were hoping to relax for a night and couldn’t even fit in the hot tub with children 11 and under packed in. No fault to the hotel but maybe offer an hour of only adult time, which would be nice."

"I really like staying in Staybridge suites when I travel with my family. Good space in the rooms, friendly-helpful staff, good value for the money these days. Amenities were excellent here-laundry, fitness center, basketball hoop outside for my teen, great breakfast."

"Stay was 3 nights. Toliet was loose and rocking on the floor. Told the front desk. Nothing was ever done about it. The 2nd day. No one came to give clean towels or clean the room until after 5pm! Not real happy with them!"

"The room was fine. We weren't in the room for long other than to sleep. There was no ice bucket which was odd. We almost checked out a day early but the very kind lady at the front desk followed us to the parking lot to remind us we had another night. So thankful for her."

We did use in room coffee maker, restaurant prices looked very good but didn’t have time for sit down breakfast. Room was very clean and that’s a must on my list. Comfortable mattress and helpful staff at front desk. Will definitely be staying there next time."

"We had reserved a king room with a pull out sofa, the room was prepaid. When we arrived we were told they only had a queen room even though we had RESERVED and prepaid. We were very disappointed! They did offer a free breakfast at the buffet and a drink from the bar. We were unable to use either. When they refreshed the towels the net day, they also refilled the coffee, but not the cups.
