The hotel is wrapping up their construction, but it is looking beautiful. The staff were so kind, friendly helpful. The rooms were quiet. The beds were comfortable. The shower water was hot.. I would recommend this hotel and I would stay there again. Very welcoming employees.

The room was clean and very nice. The bed was very comfortable and the staff were very friendly but the hotel was under renovation and that information was not shared. The front entrance was boarded up. There were signs that lead to the other entrance but it was on the side of the building, that was not well lit. When you walked in you were greeted with everything covered in plastic, covered in dust, and the heavy smell of construction. The side parking lot was covered in ice and snow. There was no salt and I slipped. If I hadn’t had 4-wheel drive I would have been able to park! Once I was checked in and went up to the third floor, walking off the elevator the entire floor reeked of marijuana. This was supposed to be a non smoking facility! When I went into my room, which was very nice and very clean, I was hit by a wall of heat! As someone had turned up the heat to 80 degrees. It took my breath and a long while to cool off making it uncomfortable to sleep. There was loud music in the parking lot on and off until 3am. It was just not a good experience at all. Had I not been completely uncomfortable and traveling alone I would have asked for my money back and went somewhere else.

Everything was terrible , they were in the middle of remodeling the whole 1st floor which was not stated upon booking online . Got there and the receptionist was in a hotel room himself that was very trashy everything around was so trashy . Wood chips everywhere , dirty plastic , stinky smell , and also the water pressure in my room was terrible and LOUD 5 minutes in I called the front desk OFF MY PHONE bcuz the phone they had was out of service … and i was inquiring about a refund immediately and they told me they don’t do refunds . I legitimately had to force my self to sleep until check out and ended up checking out very early . Also the elevator was acting so janky when it was time to leave … would not take me down to 1st floor until i had a staff assist me . No breakfast , no lobby , no nun just dirt plastic wood chips junk sitting all around everywhere . Tv no service tried to connect my phone wouldn’t allow me to luckily brought my Ipad . Honestly it could’ve passed for being vacant .. 2/10 only getting a 2 for providing me with a bed and towels .

The room was in good condition. The staff was nice, but I was uninformed that the whole facility was under renovation. Just inconvenient at the time there should’ve been a discounted price for the inconvenience, but it is a nice place and will be very nice once it’s done.

This hotel is under very serious renovations! Noise daily 8A - 6P! Lots of noise! The lobby was closed, the fitness center was closed, all of the first & second floors are under renovations. Only the third floor was operational. Our extended stay room had no coffee maker, no dishes or cookware, not even disposable cups. No hangers! It should not be open! The bathroom sink leaked. There were bugs in the room. They should have offered a refund of some sort. Will never stay there again! Why wasn’t this not communicated when we were selecting our stay. How can this property be on your site! This makes me not trust Expedia!

Shops and restaurants nearby, construction on-site so parking near door entrance is limited. Very sore site to see when pulling up & not knowing theyre under construction. Initially, thought it was closed. So really annoying that it was just dirty looking & i wasnt aware of any construction. the halls filled with dust and elevators really dirty, the Temporary main entrance door filled with grim and filth which look like its always that way despite construction. It says 8a yo 6p construction but at 7p guys were blocking entrance repairing ceiling which a lot of tiles are missing. Actual room was nice & did look updated, did have fridge & countertop stove but no pots, pans, plates, utensils, nothing. It has potential but i wouldve never chosen this place had i known it was under construction & feeling like i was in a $30 motel. This was a special anniversary for an out of town-er so based on occasion & knowing it was construction i wouldve opted for something that was more clean & visually appealing. I just think they should warn ppl prior to booking. So if youre asthma free, dont mind a motel vibe, cpuld care less about the vibe pulling up & walking through, or a room with countertop stove but nothing to cook in or with but pay as if everything is normal & on point this is your place. Anyone with allergies to dust. Asthma or planning A place with good vibes, clean hallways & items you can use for countertop stove. Make sure the construction is done if not keep going.

The first room we were put in was disgusting. Pubic hair all over the bathroom floor, there were leftovers in the freezer so it was clear the room was not cleaned thoroughly. The room smelled STRONGLY like cigarettes. We were not notified about the ongoing construction of the lobby and other floors of the building, which was inconsiderate. The first phone conversations with hotel staff were rude and once again inconsiderate.

My stay was absolutely everything that I wanted it to be despite the renovations that are taking place within the facility. The service was still amazing. There was great customer service from the front desks to the housekeeping staff. I am visiting from california and I already have a made up mind that when I return to cleveland this is where I'll stay

They were in the middle of remodeling so they put alot missing things so they have stuff out of the way like no ice trays in the refrigerator, not enough towels and no plates or silverware but the guy at the desk said that they are not normally but I would think they would at least have a sign telling you to asked at the desk for them. Your visitor still need the items as larger of a building they could have maybe made a totally floor kept with everything while they worked on another floor maybe.
