This beautiful property modern in design, is spread on three small buildings all connected with interior stairs and accessible from outside if necessary. The atmosphere is fresh, modern and elegant at the same time.

The living area can be accessed by large sliding glass doors that allow the light to illuminate the interior spaces and enjoy the superb views.
The modern kitchen is fully equipped and offers a dining area with its wooden design table. In the living area, there are also comfortable sofas and armchairs with a modern design.
On the same level, we find two master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and a laundry area. A small staircase leads to a second zone of the property where there are two more bedrooms with private bathrooms. All rooms have direct access to a private furnished outdoor space and pool area.

Just outside the living area, we find a terrace shaded by the typical Sicilian roof (incannucciata) covered with reeds and equipped with a table for 4. A little further on, a large carob tree gives shade to an elegant dining area with a table and seats for 8 people.
