"We have stayed here before and had a great experience but unfortunately this time we had a very small room (16) - at full price. The door hit the bed as you went in and you could barely get around one side of the bed. The shower couldn’t be changed from red hot - we won’t stay here again."

"Me and my family stayed here twice over the past three weeks and we really enjoyed our stays. In the height of summer the air-con was such a blessing, as the other hotels we have stayed in did not have ac, which made sleep incredibly difficult. The staff (in general) were pleasant and accommodating. ..."

"Great location but hotel tired and in need of upgrade. Staff friendly and work hard but under staffed at breakfast. Booking in at to wait as no one at reception (4 in afternoon) breakfast on second day was a fiasco and people got up and walked out. I am afraid I won’t be returning as it stands"
