"The check in was fast and friendly, the room is lovely, with a nice view. There was quite a lot of noise from the street below early in the morning and the church bells were regular throughout the night. The breakfast was a good amount but lukewarm spolt the vibe. The price we paid , i think was high for this standard."

"Swan Studios is perfect when visiting family and friends. Its self contained so can come and go without worry. Rooms are clean with a fridge and microwave if needed. We have stayed here now on several occasions and the standard has been the same. Looking forward to our next stay"

"Flat was in an excellent location for us being just across the road from a lovely dog friendly beach with a cafe that did fabulous breakfasts. We were very happy with our stay and the owner was easy to communicate with. However I will mention that the outside area is very scruffy and bins were overflowing with lots of bottles on the floor. The flat itself was clean and tidy although inside bin hadn’t been properly emptied from previous tenants. Mattress on double bed could probably do with...

"The company managing the property only seemed interested in telling us about their requirement to make an arrangement to cover breakages at the property during our stay. We could either pay an insurance fee or a deposit which would be returned minus an administration fee 14 days after we vacated the property - why 14 days? There was no clear information about this requirement until after the booking was made, by which time we could not cancel. We assumed that due to the operation of a scheme...

"We spent 3 nights at this apartment in Newbiggin. The apartment itself is lovely, clean, and well-equipped; a real home away from home. Please note that the location of the accommodation is within a residential estate and is a terraced block. We were able to hear noise and conversations from neighbouring properties and so felt very conscious of our own noise levels when in the apartment. The town is very small and not very 'touristy' which we loved as it was so chilled and quiet at the...

"Beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean.Situated behind the restaurants and shops on the main street. We didn't hear much noise from the restaurant and it was great to be provided with a car parking space.Perfect location for a short stay, walking distance to the harbour, shops and restaurants.
