"I checked around 9:30 pm and went straight to sleep. I woke up about 3 am to use the bathroom only to discover the toilet was not operable and had no water on the toilet.
I called the front desk who offered a maintenance staff to check out the issue. In the interim Ifiiled up several waste cans full of water from the shower and filled up the toilet to allow my waste to be flushed in the toilet. Maintenance never came. No one said anything to me upon check out."

"Overall experience was quite good aside from the barking dog in the room next door. Although we love animals, we do NOT like staying in areas that other's pets are allowed.
Staff, particularly the welcoming lady, was quite personable and cordial upon registering and checking out.
Some questionable people on the property after dark. Questionable as in intimidating.
Rooms were very clean and parking was quite adequate."

"clean room but noisy sounds kept us up. Not sure what the noise was but it was irritating. Front desk could of pointed out where the elevator was. Could not find it at first, took the stairs. Couldn't find the ice machine, couldn't buy water. Breakfast was bare minimim"

"The room was hot and muggy when we arrived, no water, no coffee or cold water in the lobby (could purchase room temperature). Dinner at the onsite restaurant was adequate, service was not great. $226 for a weeknight was ludicrous. Charged for parking.
Overall unhappy. Staff didn’t appear happy, either - not a single smile to be seen."
